Its been a while since I last go out on a date with my boyfriend, Mino. Everytime we bump into each other at the campus, he basically just wave and give me a flying kiss. Nothing more that that.
And his reason always that "I'm in my last year, I need to focus more on my study." I kind of understand because graduating is not easy and he have to work hard so he would not mess his future later.
But the weird thing lately is, he rarely contacts me unless I send him a text first. It is so frustrating thinking of it.
"Hey." Yunhyoung greets and take a sit opposite me at the cafe.
"Oh, sunbae. What are you doing here? You don't have any class now?" I replies, flipping my notes.
"Our class ended early today. Uhm, why are you alone?" Yunhyoung's face slightly changed. He looks a bit concern.
"Oh, the others went for the MT trip. I don't feel like going. Too much things bothering me." I frown. It is. I try to keep myself busy with studying so I wont constantly think about Mino.
"Ohh, I see."
"Yeah, what about you?" I ask. I am curious as to why Mino is not with him now. They are close friends and they usually hangs out together.
"I supposed most of them are out on a date. Why would they spend their time with a single guy like me, lol?" He replies, chuckling.
"Yeah, you're right. Hahaha." True though. Yunhyeong sunbaenim never dates anyone before. Mino said he have been liking someone for a long time. I wonder who.
So, the urge to talk to him about Mino is really strong but I decide to keep it to myself. Why would I bother getting other people involves in our relationship anyway.
"Soyeon?"
"Yeah, sunbae?"
"Do you have any plan today?"
"I don't think I have. Why?" I look up at him.
"I am suppose to go and watch a movie with my sister today but she can't make it. Would you like to go instead?" He said, scratching the back of his head.
"Um, I guess so." I replies. Well why not, he is just a friend.
"Okay, so we'll meet at the cinema at 7pm then?"
"Alright."
That evening, I wear a white knee-length dress and a pair of wedges. Since it takes a while for the bus to come, I just take a cab there.
As soon as I arrived, I look around for Yunhyeong. He is already here, waiting. Damn, does he always look this handsome? He wears a black jean matches with a plain black shirt and a pair of sneakers. Really, he looks good in everything.
"Sunbae." I greet him. It is kind of awkward since this is the first time going out with only the two of us.
"Oh, you're here. The movie is going to start in 15minutes. Can you wait here for a while? I'll go and buy some cola and popcorn." He said, with his smiling face as usual.
I just nod and sit at the waiting place. There are so many couples around. But then, something caught my eyes. Wait, is that...
Mino is now talking and giggling with a girl. The girl's hand wraps around his waist. They look really close and I am pretty sure I have seen the girl somewhere. Oh gosh. No way, its Hyerin, my bestfriend. Okay, so now Mino just playfully giving a kiss on her cheek....
