Karma x Reader Part 17~♡

Once you and Karma made it back to the ice cream shop, you noticed that Karma's expression had changed. He was now more serious and on edge.

"Hey are you okay?" You asked as you looked up at Karma.

Karma bit his bottom lip and looked around cautiously. "Yeah, why do you ask?"

"Well you seem a little on edge," you stated as you both approached the table where Nagisa and Kayano still sat. Nagisa was drumming his fingers against the table and Kayano was resting her head in the palms of her hands, but as you and Karma approached they quickly sat up.

"What happened?" Kayano asked as she raised an eyebrow curiously.

"Yeah," Nagisa murmured as he gave you and Karma a worried look.

You looked down at the floor and sat back down in your seat, while Karma closed his eyes and sighed.

"My ex-girlfriend Kira is here. . . She's planning something. . .something bad," he explained as he sat down next to you.

You stared at the table as you bangs covered your eyes. Karma noticed your sudden mood change which made him grow worried.

"What's wrong (Y/N)?" He asked as he pulled a strand of hair out of your face and pulled it behind one of your ears.

"I-I. . . Wasn't your first girlfriend?" You questioned as you began to shake.

Karma pulled his hand back and pressed his eyebrows together.

"No. . . You weren't . . But Kira forced me to go out with her so I had no choice but to-" "No! You did have a choice! You just didn't know that back then," you interrupted as you clenched your fists.

"So if I wasn't your first girlfriend. . Than does that mean that our kiss wasn't your first?!" You began to yell angrily now.

"No it wasn't . . But it was really special to me," Karma stated as he brushed your bangs out of your face.

You whipped your head up with tears in your eyes. "I'm sorry for yelling. . . I'm just a little upset."

Nagisa and Kayano just stayed silent and watched the two.

"Well we should go now . . It's getting pretty late," Nagisa stated.

Kayano nodded in agreement and grabbed Nagisa's hand. "Well, see ya tomorrow!"

You waved goodbye to Nagisa and Kayano as Karma just stared at you.

"I'm really sorry for not telling you," he apologized as he made a sad expression.

"It's okay. Let's just head home," you said as you grabbed Karma's hand and walked out of the shop with him.

"Today was actually pretty fun," you stated.

Karma just nodded in response as he looked around carefully. You pressed your eyebrows together and stared at Karma.

"Your keeping an eye out for her huh?" You murmured as you walked with Karma to his house.

"Yes, I'm worried that she'll try to do something to you," he said, gripping his hand that wasn't holding yours.

You looked around as well and searched for any sign of Kira.

"We're here," you stated, snapping Karma out of his concentration.

"How about you stay the night? I'm worried that Kira will-" "Don't worry I'll be fine," you interrupted him.

You have Karma a small smile as you waved goodbye and he walked inside his house. Once inside Karma turned to your and did a small wave before closing the door shut.

You sighed and tugged on the collar of your sweater. 'I really hope I'll be fine' you thought as you walked down from the porch.

As you made your way down the long and big drive way , there came a rustle on the bushes.

You flinched and turned to the bush with a pocket knife ready in hand. You had swiftly swiped the knife from out of your sweater pocket.

You heard a soft but faint giggle come from out of the bush.

"Kira! I know it's you! Come out!" You exclaimed loudly as you searched frantically for any shadows or signs.

The giggling grew closer but then shrank down again.

"Don't make me ask again!" You yelled as you began to grit your teeth.

The giggling had stopped which made you freeze. 'She's near'

Without warning Kira sprang from out of a bush behind you. You gasped and was tackled to the floor by Kira.

You slashed at her with your pocket knife, but ended up missing, as Kira grabbed your wrist. Your eyes widened as you struggled against the yandere.

She began to giggle again as she managed to slip the pocket knife from out of your hands.

"You don't need something like this," she laughed as she threw the pocket knife off somewhere into the yard. She then turned her attention back to you and grinned.

"We get to use something even more fun!" She cheered as she grabbed you by your throat and lifted you off the ground.

You clenched her hands that you were around your throat, begging for air.

"I'm sorry it had to come to this. . . But it was the only way sweetie," she giggled out as she took one hand, while keeping the other around your throat, and picked out a box cutter from her jacket pocket.

"This looks sharper," she chirped as she held the box cutter up to her face and stared at it.

Your screams were muffled out by her hand, so Karma couldn't hear.

'I need to stop her! I need her to go away and leave me and Karma alone' you thought angrily as you gripped her hand around your throat.

"Struggling only makes things harder, but fun for me!" Kira chimed as she jumped up and down with the box cutter.

"Time for your punishment for trying to escape from me!" She yelled.

"Leave me alone!" You screeched at the top of your lungs. Kira winced and covered her ear with one of her ears. Once you had finished screaming Kira grew angry and frustrated.

"That's the last straw! Karma- is - MINE!" Kira yelled as she stepped up to you with a scowl on her face.

She lifted the box cutter and sent it flying down, you clenched your eyes shut, ready to feel pain. . . But blood wasn't shed. . . Well yours that is. .'

Your eyes widened as you felt the box cutter slice through something in front of you.

"KARMA!!!!!"
