At a very young age all children get assigned a partner, that partner will eventually become their true love. At the age of two, children get a surgery in their wrist. In this surgery they get a clock that counts down how long until you meet your true love again. There has never been one single problem with the system. Until now. Now onto my story. I am Hayle Evans, I've always worried about the future, I questioned everything, and I especially wondered about my wrist. I was never the prettiest, smartest or bravest. Everyone always hoped I wouldn't be their love. I was always teased, but I had 3 very close friends Kensie, Asher, and Drew. Little did I know I would later on have to pick between two of them.
