Chapter I: Important Mission

Location: Heaven

All the Angels were busy preparing for God to return in heaven from his vacation, that no one knows where it was. I'm currently arranging the flowers (again) in the vase at the hall way when suddenly I heard the trumpets playing, I was a bit nervous at the same time I'm excited. The sound of the trumpet is the sign that God has arrived to his kingdom. We hurriedly form our formation to welcome Him back and I was in front of the line. As He passed by me, I feel like melting, He is the holiest and the most powerful. He walked in a golden aisle and He sit on his golden throne. I looked at him, but I can't guess what emotion his wearing on his face, whether He's happy or not, no one can read His mind either. He look around and say...

"I am so frustrated when I visited the earth and found out something's not pleasing in my eyes"

All the angels gasp. We cannot believe He visited Earth without telling us, that place is too dangerous.

"The demons are getting stronger, we should not let our guards down. I need someone to go down on earth. This is a holy mission, the salvation of humanity is in the Angel's hand, and whoever he or she is she will be honoured. This kind of mission is very important. Take it seriously." He said.

I was thinking who would that be.

'What if he chooses me? What if he will let me down on earth? No, don't ever think of that Fionna that is way too impossible, who am I to be chosen? I am just a random angel that serves Him, don't be silly.'

God continues "We won the battle against the Demons, and I know that they will take revenge after it, they will not stop until they will not see us losing. I guess it's time to choose someone to end this peril" "And that Angel is..."

I am so nervous, my heart beats fast, but I'm still praying that He will not pick me. Until...

I heard my name echoed all over the kingdom. My heart beats even faster, I can't move. My mind is unconscious. All I can hear is the Angels gossips about me. Until someone grabs my wrist, shaking me, trying to back my consciousness, I slowly turn my head at someone that is holding me, still unconscious. I saw Angel Talia, my best friend, she was talking to me, but I can't hear her words, until she shook me harder. And finally, I'm back to my conscious and heard her shouting at me.

"Wake up, hey!" She shouted

I blinked many times and ask "What happened?"

"Are you ok? You've been unconscious. You're just standing here for an hour"

"Why? What happened?" I asked again

"I'm not at your side when God chooses you for the mission, that's why I don't know whatever is your reaction for that. And..."

"Wait, what?" I interrupt

She continued but, she talks in slow motion "I guess, looking at you face, your reaction was really shocked and you are stunned at the moment."

Ok, now I remembered, I was been chosen for the holy mission. That's so great. (note: sarcastic)
