New Job

We were all in the main room of the helicarrier around the table. Just then Fury walked in. "Emily," he started, "I need you a minute."

"Yea, sure." I said getting out of my seat and following him out into the hall. "We need you for this, your going to have to help with it all."

"You sure?"

"I wouldn't ask you unless I was 100% sure, you know that."

"Then yes, if we need help that much I will. And don't worry I wont back down in the end."

After that I walked back into the room and sat down. Tony move beside me. Great, who knows what he wants. I thought. "What did Fury want with you?"

"Why do you need to know?" I knew it was something stupid to say because in the end he would know anyways but I was stalling waiting for something to happen. Mainly, because it always did. "I'm Tony Stark, I need to know everything."

I groaned. "Well if you have to know, Fury wants me to help you guys out with all this crap Loki has started."

"That's it right there, I know you can do something." He said, but why was he so interested in what I could do?

"Well you can find out later, anyways I need to be somewhere. Oh and Tony?"

"Yea?" He asked in a way I couldn't quiet read. "I might seem so serious but if you get to know me I'm a lot more fun, its just all this crap going on right now. I just thought you might need to know."

And with that I walked around the corner. I heard a seat move and footsteps coming to the hallway so I turned invisible just because and went to my room.

Later on after I was in my room I heard Natasha over he intercom thing in my ear. "Loki means to unlease the Hulk, keep Banner in the lab."

I decided not to get involved but then I saw Steve with a thing for phase two that I've heard about, so I followed him just to see where he was going. Of course he was going to the lab but then as I looked I saw almost all the other avengers in there. I just stood in the hall not knowing what to do until I looked and saw Fury with all the avengers in the room and Bruce holding the staff, just then I walked in as he was looking at he like he had no clue he was holding it.

Something beeped and then he put it down and walked to a computer I was standing near. "When did you get here?" Tony said to me.

"Just now-"

Just then something exploded and me, Natasha, and Bruce fell through the floor. "What the hell." I said blankly. "Bruce you have to fight it." I heard her say, it was also going over the intercom. I tensed knowing exactly what she meant. "Natasha." I whispered. "Emily oh my gosh please get this stuff off my foot."

"Yea no problem."

I lifted the stuff off her foot easily with my power and she pulled her foot out. I heard Nick and Tony Talking. "engine 3 is down we need someone to go out there and fix it." Maria's voice came. "You here that Stark?" Nice said.

"On it." Tony answered.

  While I was listening to the conversation I somehow forgot about Bruce until I saw him out of the corner of my eye. "Agent G-" Fury was about to say my name when I yelled "Natasha move!" and used my speed to push her out of the way, but by doing that I got the full blow of the hit. I automatically turned on my 'almost invisible' power and then hit the wall. "Damb it that hurt." I cursed but didn't realize I said it in the intercom until to late. "Yea um hi." I said

"What going on?" Fury asked.

"Well um Banner is really so Banner at the moment, and I am trying to find him and Natasha right now." I said speeding back to where I had just came from. I heard Nick groan and then he said. "Try your best to keep him busy I'll try to figure something out."
