You got off the plane, grabbing your single bag. It wasn't much, just a duffle bag full of your clothes and happy memories. It wasn't much, probably because after your father's death, your life went to hell. Your step father was a complete two-faced asshole, and your mother always believed him. There was your older sister, who was the popular cheerleader. What your parents didn't know was that she dated every football player and did drugs. Then there was your younger brother; he caused trouble but acted like he was an angel. Typical family. Of course, there was you, who stayed to yourself and actually knew what was going on. You sighed, getting in the cab and heading to your cousin's house.

You knocked on the door, and it flung open.
"(Y/n)!!" Edd yelled, tackling you.
"Edd!" You exclaimed, he was such a child sometimes.
"Come in!" He said, taking your hand and dragging you inside. It was a tidy place, and he led you to the kitchen. A ginger was sitting at the table, staring into a mirror. Then there was a brown spikey haired boy with black eyes, which was weird. He was doing something on his phone.
"Guys!" Edd yelled to get their attention. They both looked up.
"This is my cousin, (y/n)!"
"Hey." You waved.
"Sup?" The ginger asked, the other being silent.
"These are my friends." Edd explained, the spikey haired boy scoffed.
"That's Matt. And the one with the attitude is Tom."
"It's nice to meet you both."
"Likewise." Matt smiled, but Tom was still on his phone.
"Tom!" Edd complained.
"What? I gotta finish this blog." He shrugged, but put the phone in his pocket anyway. Then he pulled out a flask.
"Sorry about him. C'mon, I'll show you your room." He said, you following him to a bedroom. It was bigger than your old room, you having a twin sized bed, a dresser, a desk, and a closet.
"Thanks Edd!" You hugged him.
"No problem. I'll leave you to it." He smiled, leaving you. You had a good feeling about your new life here.
