Emily POV:
The sun shines in through the slightly opened blinds. I wake before all the others. I ususally do wake earlier then everyone because I am a early waker due to swimming anyway, but today it was more than that. I just literally couldn't sleep. Not knowing that we will be attending Aria's funeral today.
"Emily, hi!"
I spin around and find a tear covered face that belonged to Alison DiLaurentis.
"Ali! Why are you back early?"
"You seriously think I would miss one of my best friends funerals? Honestly Em, I am starting to think all that chlorine is getting to your head." Ali's tears were no longer falling. It probably was just another one of her guilt tricks everyone but I fall for.
We walk over and gently shake the girls' arms and tell them it is time to get up. It is 7:00am and Aria's funeral starts in three hours. Once dressed, I sit down on a pink fluffy chair that Alison bought Hanna for her birthday back in December. To the right of me there is a small, silver table on wheels that holds makeup and glitter. Lots and lots of glitter. Not that glitter is really suitable or acceptable for this occasion. To the left of me there is another table, the same kind, holding hair products and many perfume bottles. Actually, they are all the same perfume, just multiple bottles of it. Hanna wears nothing but DKNY green apple perfume. Its a staple for her. A spritz of hairspray and puff of powder and I am set. I hop off the seat and let Ari- I mean Ali. I let Ali take over.
Alison POV:
Brown or black? Gold or silver? I can't even think. This is madness! Of all people I am usually the one to go to for fashion advice, but even I cant decide what colour eyeshadow matches my dress today. My dress is a black shade with small silver flowers around the rim, so I decide to pick silver eyeshadow with a bit of sparkly black in the crease and outer corner. It is simple but safe, and thats all i am going for today.
I turn around to see Hanna staring right at me with confusion spread across her face.
"Hello?" She waves at me."What?"
"Pick." She holds up two pairs of gorgeous shoes. But considering the fact that she is wearing a white dress with pink stitching, it is obvious which would suit best.
"Come on Hanna, it is your turn to be the fashionista."
"Alison, Im actually torn! Pleas hel-"
"Definitely the pink. It matches the stitching. Duh."
Its been almost two hours and we are out the front of the church. We walk inside as see Mrs DiLaurentis fretting about, deciding where the flowers should be placed.
"What are you doing here?" She shouldn't be here for another half an hour.
"Oh hi darling. Im just helping out, thats all."
"Where is Ms Montgomery?" I ask, looking around but not finding her.
"She's in the bathroom - be darlings and go help her."
We were more than surprised when we walked in to the bathroom, calling out Ms Montgomery's name, to find her laying in the filled bath, face down.
