|Roommates|: A DJ's favor |7|

Adrien was early to wake up, and was all excited when he sees a newspaper. He woke up Marinette instanlty to cook breakfast and he will share the news.

Adrien: Guess what!
Marinette: Adrien, please don't do this to me... You know I hate this game [Silently mumbles]
Adrien: [Excited] Well, I saw nino in the hallway... And... new "Competitive Detail" reward was given.

Marinette was excited for the reward.

9:30 A.M.

Marinette was about to go outside when she peeked through a window and saw Nino with bags of different sizes. Marinette made a warm welcome.

Marinette: Hello, Nino[Shakes hand]
Nino: Oh... Hey there Marinette.
Marinette: What is with the bags?
Nino: Well, I'm moving in here.
Marinette: Great! Now you can see Adrien anytime you like.
Nino: Adrien is here?
Marinette:[Chuckling] Yeah, go to my apartment.

Nino went to Marinette's apartment and saw Adrien stuffing on some brownies.

Nino: Dude, where have ya been?
Adrien:[Gulps] what?
Nino: Nevermind, I'm moving here today!
Adrien: No way! really?
Nino: Yeah dude, I saw Marinette too by the way.
Adrien: Try her brownies, they are so good.

Nino took a bite of Marinette's brownies and began liking it, as the stars appeared on his eyes.

Nino: Its so good!
Adrien: I know right!
Adrien: That's why we are roommates.
Nino: Aww... I wish I was your roommate.
Adrien: Its ok Nino, you could have Alya as a roommate if you like.
Nino: Oh ya, thats right.

Nino said as he tucked Adrien to his apartment and saw a guy in there.

Nino: I was hired to be a manager of another DJ

Marinette walked by and saw it too.

Marinette: What is that?
Adrien: You mean 'who'
Nino: I was hired to be a manager of this DJ
Adrien: Why?
Nino: 'cuz if he wins a bunch of fights, we might own a bit of money.
Adrien: Oh...
Marinette: Well, I better go to my designs.[Walks out of the room]
Nino: How does she get money?
Adrien: She makes good designs and sell them to famous or average people for reasonable prices.
Nino: Just like your father?
Adrien: Please don't bring up the topic of my father, I'm already depressed by that.
Nino: I'm sorry bro...
Adrien: Nah... its ok.

Adrien left and went back to Marinette's apartment.

Timeskip
10:50 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Adrien was taking a nap in his bed as Marinette finishes up her design for her 200th design anniversary.

|Ding Dong|

The doorbell rang, waking up Adrien.

Marinette: Get it for me, will ya Adrien?

Adrien groans before getting the door. He opened the door, revealing his friend with an urgent need. Maybe a not so urgent one.

Nino: Hey Dude [In a Rush]
Adrien: Umm... Hey?
Nino: Adrien, can u help me? please?
Adrien: Sure, just tell me.
Nino: Okay... there is this big showdown tomorrow, showing off the talents of... well.. a DJ, kinda like myself... that is..
Adrien: Whats wrong [Rolls eyes]
Nino: I joined on partners week... and my partner is dim-witted.
Adrien: [Recalls a flashback]
Nino: So... will you help me?
Adrien: [Flashback pops] Wha- oh ya... sure.
Nino: Thanks bruh...

Marinette looked at Adrien and Nino, feeling bad about eavesdropping but she just wanted to know if she is needed. Adrien closed the door and swiftly looked back, shocked when Marinette was behind him.

Marinette: Who was that?
Adrien: Nino, he said he needs help.
Marinette: Oh, can I help too?
Adrien: Yeah sure, besides the more the merrier.
Marinette: So... how CAN I help?
Adrien: His friend is coming this... weekend?
Marinette: Adrien, I don't have enough time this weekend, I need to submit a design.
Marinette: [Sighs] Okay, I will try to finish the design today so I can help you once I get back here on Friday.
Adrien: Sure, your the best.

And the conversation ended with a hug.

Monday - Friday

A knock was heard, and Adriend rushed in to open it. Marinette was getting ready to submit her designs.

Marinette: Looks like someone is excited to open the door.
Adrien: Haha, but doesn't answering the door quickly shows you pay attention.
Marinette: You can 'pay attention' by just listening an answering the door, even without being fast.
Adrien: Just hurry up and come back during breakfast- I mean lunch.

Marinette left and Nino and his friend came in.

Nino's Friend: Hiya, I'm Andrew, its nice to meet you.
Nino: This is Andrew, hope you take care of him for me.
[Nino leaves, leaving only Adrien and Andrew]
Andrew: Come in!
Adrien: What?
Adrien: Nevermind, why don't you go on the couch and I prepare... breakfast.
Andrew: Sure, where is the couch?
Adrien: Over there [Points at couch]
Andrew: By the way, make you eat the medicine Nino left for me.
Adrien: Make me? what?
Adrien: I think you need the medicine, besides Nino left it for you, not me.
Andrew: Oh ya! make me eat it in dinner and lunch.
Adrien: Sure.
Andrew: Also, don't forget to use the drops for my eyes.
Adrien: Sure.

Breakfast - Lunch

Adrien opened the door as Marinette walked into the room. Adrien put the bags away and went to his room to give him medicine.

Marinette: Where are you... nevermind, not my problem.

Adrien got the drops and put it in Andrew's eyes. Andrew giggled with every drop. Adrien noticed Andrew covering his eyes and frowning. He couldn't see. But he still looks like he was confident it was the right medicine.

Adrien: Andrew, are you sure these are for your eyes?
Andrew: Yep.
Adrien: Then why does this say 'Tounge Drops'?
Andrew: Oh... umm... oh no.
Adrien: [Panicking] Oh no... Nino is trusting me, and I screwed this up.
Andrew: Its my fault, isn't it?
Adrien: Yes, thanks to you, I got the medicine mixed up. I never mix up medicine [Frowns]

Marinette enters the room

Marinette: What is happening, Adrien what's wrong.
Adrien: Well... I might have sprayed tounge drops on Andrew's eyes...
Adrien: but, in my defense, Andrew told me these are for his eyes.
Andrew: Yep, now I can't see a thing. How am I supposed to play now.
Marinette: So... can we just GUIDE him?
Adrien: [Stops to think]... [Smiled] Marinette your a genius.
Marinette: Hold on just a minute, I don't know the first thing about making music.
Adrien: Well... we will try to... If Nino stops trusting me, he probably doesn't want to be my friend anymore.
