Halsey's cousin as a secondary. In childhood times, he and Halsey are the closest ever since they're young. All of the crazy things they ran out and all the stupidest ones that made for memories. Well, they still are. The difference between them is that Joriel has high standards in his academics which Halsey thinks its lame. Its not that he's a nerd, but he's trying all his best to make his family proud. At four, he lost his Dad due to his parents arguing over him 'cause he is barely harassed by his father. Even though it breaks his heart to know his parents are separated, his family who stayed by his side made it better.
Through the years go by, nothing can stop the matureness and growing. He happened to focus on his most of his studies and got addicted by internet as well which broke him and Halsey apart. They're not as close as before but they both know that the bonds and love had remained.
19, He's a shy, smart and a hyperactive person. He loves playing video games, studies too much and well, very wild at rare times when having fun.
