[Lilybelles pov]
Everything was normal. Until our stupid sub. Granddaughter of the mega bitch teacher. Got a call from the one and only. She excused herself from the classroom and told us to continue our stupid math work. Stupid work. Stupid teacher. Stupid class. Ugh. Stupid gut feeling telling me somethings wrong. But what?
The next minute I heard our teacher scream. Justin opened the door to a shocked teacher with a chunk missing from her arm and monstrous thing chewing away at the flesh in his mouth. He rips away another piece and the teacher drops to the floor. One of the other guys in our class. Zeke grabs his math book and knocks the creature out.
Screw everyone I gotta get out of here.
Without thinking twice I run to my best friends class room only to be met with an empty classroom filled with blood and dead bodies. No creatures in sight. I have to find her.

After clearing the area of all creatures. Jess, Zac, Jarrod, Mickayla, Connor, Karlie, Jaide, Amie and the rest of the group are the only ones left from the classroom. But there's one thing missing. My bestfriend since birth. My sister. I tell the rest to head to the back gate. Jarrod and karlie refused. I told them it was dangerous but they didn't care.
"Fine, but stay alert"
After we had killed all the beasts in the two classrooms. Half of us emptied all the school bags for food and packed it all into 3 school bags. The other half collected any for of weapons in the classrooms and staff rooms. It was quite an impressive hall for one block of the school.
Getting back on schedule.
I remember her saying she had the mega bitches granddaughter. That's has to Hodgenators room. Math. I run up the stairs with my boyfriend and other bestfriend tagging along behind me only to reach the room she was supposed to be in. Only to find it a blood bath.
I search through every row but no body of lilybelle
She must of gotten out!!
After collecting more food into another bag I leave the classroom heading to the back gate feeling defeated. Where could she be.
I thought about old times. Before all this happened. We would spend hours in the pool talking about meaningless shit but there was something else.... wait a minute... we used to talk about what it would be like for us to have a zombie apocalypse while we were at school and the one place we'd go to meet up. THE BISTRO. How could I forget. I tell the guys I know where she is. I told them to empty two big bags and bring them. We start running towards the bistro and I see someone standing outside pacing up and down.
"Lilybelle?" I shout. The person's head snaps in our direction and it's her.
"Chloe oh my god I can't believe this is happening. I just remembered where we said we would meet if any of this was ever to happen. I wasn't sure if you'd make it I was so scared"
"it's okay. I was so worried. I'm okay. We are okay. There's a few others that made it too. They are at the back gate waiting for us we have to go."
" Chloe wait. You have two empty bags there. Let's fill them. "
"Oh right. Good idea." I pull lilybelle into a tight embrace.
"Let's go guys"
After filling our bags to the top with food and weapons we rush to the back gate where everyone was waiting. Surprisingly no zombies had come near them.
"Soo. Who knows how to hi jack a car?"
"Me me me!" Shouts Connor.
"Alright lead the way you child"
"Oh shut it edwards"
We start heading towards the nearest car. It still has the driver in it but she looks.... dead. As we near the car I recognize who it was. Hodgenator.
"Ew. Ew. Ew." Says jess in disgust. "Why does it have to be her."
"I don't know. Nor do I care. We need to get out of here and her car is the only one open by the looks of things. And it's the biggest" says jarrod
"Alright let's get this bitch out of here" shanese says a little to enthusiastically.
"Ahh shanese. Never a dull moment with you around" amie giggles.
We all laugh. It's our way of releasing stress and finding positives I guess. Which sounds ridiculous. But we are on our own. And the next stop is lake haven. Then the primary school. Although I do not have much hope for my younger siblings..... or the others..
