While Joel and Hannah sat in silence they were brought from their thoughts by an ear piercing scream..........

Joel pov
I got up and looked around the corner to find a creature. no not a creature something else. The creature turned to us and started walking towards me. It looked like a human. It had all the human features but its flesh was rotting and smelt like death. Hannah started talking to me but I heard nothing as I was focusing on what was in front of us.
"Joel" Hannah yelled
"Shush" I said quietly
It was too late the creature heard and headed towards us and fast. I told Hannah to get out of here and find our class.
"Why" she said
"Just do it" I replied
She got up and started to walk out the door but tripped and the creature saw her and started to walk towards her so I did the first thing that came to mind. I grabbed my bag and threw it at the thing and it fell to the ground. I ran up to it and kicked it in the ribs and ran to Hannah. I helped her get up and ran with her to lab one. Our science class and where our class is right now. We were halfway there but Hannah twisted her ankle and started to fall behind.I put her arm around my shoulder and held most of her body weight as she hopped while I jogged. within minutes we reached the classroom.
We burst through the door to see that Mr LeClercq wasn't there. everyone was staring at us. I'm guessing they had no Idea what wAs going on and it was up to us to tell them but how do we tell them without sounding insane.
This is going to be harder than I thought.
