A New Life's Lesson Book Two

The starting of our summer

Emmett and I has became a very important part of my life now he's like a brother to me now. We named the puppy lucky. For some odd reason it stuck.

But our summer was a blast so far. We take one night a week and spend with our friends out. Then Edward is going to start taking me out on a date night starting tonight.

We haven't seen each other lately. He been helping with the remolding on his parents house. I guess once they started Edward's old room Esme decided to update the whole house. So he been over there and by the time he gets home I'm in bed. That's how I became closer to Emmett. He appointed himself my permanent body guard and Rose started coming around to.

So long story short even when it was friend night out I was the third wheel because Edward hasn't been there. Some I haven't seen Edward lately except in the morning before he leaves. So he texts me one night and asked me if I wanted to have a date night just me and him. Of course I said yes and did a little happy dance.

Tonight he told me to get dressed up. So I had Rose and Alice go with me to port Angeles to a dress shop.

"God how many dresses you going to have me try on you guys?" I told them. I finally came out in this purple dress I wasn't sure about and Rose and Alice looked at each and whispered then looked at me. "That's it but you're coming with us. You're getting a complete make over." Rose told me.

My eye's widen. While in the car I text Edward.

Bella: I hope you're happy now!

Edward: This doesn't sound good.

Bella: Put it this way, I'm becoming there Barbie doll and something to the words of complete make over. There even making me wear heels for god sakes.

Edward: I'm so sorry baby I did not know they go this far.

Bella: You owe me big time mister. I hope wherever you're taking me is worth all this.

Edward: Trust me you'll like it baby. I'll see you tonight. I'm at my mom and dad's and I thought I just get ready here and meet you at home. Love you.

Bella: Love you to.

We pull up to a hair salon and they drag me out of the car into the salon. They told the stylist what they want and not to let me look.

"Oh great I get to be torture and don't even get to see what it looks like." I tell them. "Not until the complete look is all together." Alice says.

After my hair gets dyed, cut and style we finally leave or should I say they shove me out to the car and we head home.

Once there they finish there primping and make me put on the dress and shoes. "You do realize you're going to make me break my neck don't you." I told them. Rose grabs ahold of me and turns me around into the mirror and I gasp.

"That's me?" I ask pointing into the mirror. "My hair is a different color." They push me out my bedroom door and I slowly go down the stairs. Then when I reach the kitchen I hear glass hit the floor and break and it makes me jump.

I slowly turn around and see my dad standing there frozen with a bottle of beer broken on the floor. "Who are you and what you do with my daughter?" My dad asked. Then a big cheesy smile goes on his face. "You look like a damn super model." He tells me.

"Oh no I don't. Edward going to hate it." I say. "I'm going to hate what?" I turned to face Edward in the doorway and he about fell over. "Who are you and what you guys do?" He asked.

"I knew it he doesn't like it." I went to go upstairs and I felt someone grab my arm and turn me around. "Oh no you don't. I waited for tonight to be with you and I will be damned if you go back up those stairs and change." Edward told me and I just blush.
