Dinner

Once I settled into my room I decided that I was going to wear a roes pattern dress with a pair of white sandals. I fixed my hair into a mess bun and and red headband to make the dress pop more. Satisfied with the way that I look, i began to make my way downstairs. When I reached the floor where the guys were staying I made my way to Tyler's room. Anytime there are fancy dinners or these type of trips Tyler is the person talk to. Its like gave him the gift of fashion, its crazy. When I reached Tyler's room I didn't have to knock on the door before it flew open. " Emi, what took you so long i was getting worried that you weren't going to let me check you over. Dinners in like 5 min." said Tyler. " Oh sh*t your right, so how do i look" i say to Tyler. " Well hun if i'm being totally honest.... you look gorgeous. Now lets go and show these wolfs how the Crystal Moon pack shines".

As we walk downstairs we can see some maids waiting to take us to dinner. My thoughts begin to drift to the' what ifs' of tomorrow. Will i meet my mate? Will he like me? Will i be rejected? When i being to ponder that last thought we arrive to the dining area where everyone is waiting for us to begin to eat. As I sit i feel many people string at me and look up. I see Mrs. Emma, Amy, Miranda, a man i have never seen before and my Dad staring at me with awe and pride in there eyes. I was becoming a little uncomfortable under there gaze and cleared my throat.

My dad was the first to snap out of his trance with a huge smile on his face " Honey you look Gorgeous" there were mummers of agreement and I could tell that i was blushing.

As if sensing that the attention was becoming to much for me King James announces that feast is beginning. We must wait for the King to take first bite. However, King James let Queen Amy have first bite by feeding her first. A Alpha male typically do this to show his respect and love for his female. Once Queen Amy has swallowed her food everyone begins to eat.

Everyone is about finished when a couple walks into the dining room as if they own it. I start to feel uneasy and my wolf is trying to break threw the wall I have created. I look back up to see that that Mr.James is talking to the couple looking quite angry. " Marcus this is outrages, why are you marring this she-wolf when the oracle told you that you would meet your mate at Mate ball"

Hearing that he was planning to marry this she-wolf made my wolf whine and claw at the wall even more. Thats when i hear his answer and for some reason it breaks my heart, " As far as I know she can be ugly as most of these girls at this table. I need a mate that is gorgeous and right now Olivia fits that category" Marcus says pointing to girl beside him who looks like he just won the lottery. With his speech you can hear his mother gasp and my dad, the king, and any other male from my pack growling at him for the insult he stated about there alpha and betas females.

Before i know whats happening my wolf takes over and yells the last thing i want to hear. The four letters that make want to crumble from existence at this moment 'MATE'

Upon hearing these words everyone stops growling and looks and stares at me with shock, pride, and anger. Anger was coming from Olivia, Tyler and Marcus? Shouldn't he be happy he has his mate. Me. But his next words kill me as i crumble on the inside. " You see what im talking about! She is a weak she-wolf that depends on her daddy for everything. I Marcus William Lee reject you Emily Jaz Jackson as my Mate." As those words leave his mouth instead of letting my heart break i stand up and say whats on my mind.

" I'm the one who depends on my father, i bet you have 3 cars and didn't work for any of them, i let you know half the stuff i have i bought with my hard earn money. Not because my parents didn't want to buy it for me but i felt obligated a the future Luna of my pack to not go and have my parents spend that money on a new pair of shoes but to benefit the pack. I put there needs before my own so if you want to deprive your kingdom of there rightful Luna be my guest but in my eyes and everyone's else when they find out; you will be looked at as a selfish deprived Pig who rejected his mate because her chest wasn't big enough for you so goodbye." With that said i turned around and began to walk away. I could feel the shock and pride coming of my friends and family, heck even the King and Queen were sending of the same emotions.

Right when I was about to exit the room i turned around and said " I'm not as weak as you think you will know in due time, have fun with your slüt" I walk away smiling with a new found confidence in my self  repeating " I can get through this we just need to show him what he is missing" and with that I continue to walk away with a everlasting smirk on my face.

Well its been a long time an i sincerely apologize for that. So since i have made so may of you wait so long i have a special surprise.
