New vision

I opened my eyes. But it was different, it was like there was flashlights in my eyes...Weird way to explain it. I stared at what seemed to be a low roof of sorts. Just then I felt something jabbing me in the leg. I went to go move and the noise I heard made me stop dead in my tracks. It was the noise of garbage bags..

I held my hands up as I pushed on the door to what I thought was a garbage can. As I pushed it open I sighed as I jumped out immediately stretching. I looked around to find that I was in the dumpster which was located beside my apartment building.

I was confused as to why I awoke in a dumpster. I walked inside and went into the elevator. "Ugh" I groaned as I felt my head. It was throbbing with pain. I could hear the beeping of the elevator signalling that it was time to get off.

I looked up and walked out of the elevator as I approached my door I realized that it was open. "Google?" I coughed out. My own voice shocked me! I sounded like a robot! I grasped my thought in fear. 'Was this a sick dream?' I thought searching for Google.

Afraid to speak again. I burst through my bedroom door to find Google curled up on my bead with his face buried into my sweater. I slowly walked over to him and checked his battery life. His battery was dead "shoot how do you recharge him?!" I shouted my voice scaring me again.

I slipped my arms through his and dragged him like a dead body to my living room. I pushed him up and he stood straight up. "Where does the battery go?!" I cried searching him for a door of sorts. I felt something on his stomach. I lifted up his shirt and saw a little door. I opened it to see his old battery.

I pulled out the dead battery out and shoved the new one in. I waited for any sign of life in Google, or for his eyes to open or for him to get mad at me or something...anything would work by now...Tears were flowing down my face by now. Scared of if I did something wrong or not. I curled up in a ball on the floor in front of Google waiting for him to wake...

Then I heard a beep...
