I asked him why. If he loves me so much, why doesn't he want me to say it back to him?
He said that I have to learn to love myself first, then I could love him. That he doesn't want me worrying about what he thinks about me, or worrying about pleasing him and stressing about if the feelings are still mutual.
I asked him if he'd wait for me.
