The Phantomhive house~ Izaya's POV

"Well, please come in" Ceil said "Sebastian, make some tea for Izaya and I, I wish to talk to him in my studies"

"Yes my lord" Sebastian bowed and walked away

"Please follow me" he said "I would like to ask something"

'I wonder what he wants to talk about?' I thought and followed him to his studies. We finally got there, I sat down when I saw him sit at his desk.

"Sorry, but did I do something wrong" I asked like a child who was in trouble for no reason.

"Oh, no no you are alright. I wanted to ask something about your brother."

"Oh go right ahead" I answered trying to sound sincere

His face grimaced he sighed and asked " your brother, has he always been" I thought maybe he did something wrong if Ceil was looking this tired. "A cat obsessed moron"

I could barely keep in my laughter
"Hahahahah. Yes.....he........has hahahahaha" I was losing all my breath.

Ceil looked at me with a sigh and asked "what is so funny?"

"It's just that I thought he did something wrong but it was just him being a cat obsessed moron, it's pretty funny"

"I suppose it would be" he answered chuckling a little

"Young mas- what happened to Izaya?"

"Hmmm, oh when I asked the question he thought it was funny"

"What did you ask"

I answered for ceil "He asked if you were always a 'cat obsessed moron' "

"Well that is only because my absorbable little brothe's animal just so happens to be a cat" he said (turning completely OOC) with a huge smile on his face, ruffling Izaya's hair

"So how long have you and Sebastian been apart?" Ceil asked

"Hmmmm, maybe a few decades"

"So do you have the same strengths as Sebastian?"

"No" I said "Nii-San is stronger than I am, but I am still stronger than a normal human, unlike nii-san I can read minds and us telepathy. Since I am a cat I have a stronger sense of smell and hearing. Nii-san and I run about the same speed"

"Really, interesting" he said a little impressed "How well is your hearing and smelling?"

"Well I can tell that there are twelve cats in Nii-san's bedroom" Sebastian looked at me
'Was that supposed to be a secret' I asked nee-san 'No don't worry about it' he said sweetly

Ceil coughed and with a raised eyebrow said "Is that true Sebastian"

"Wow, that was pretty good" he said with a sigh "This moron keepers them even though he knows I'm allergic to cats"

I couldn't help but snicker 'they are very lively' I thought.

"Well Izaya, how was Japan" Sebastian asked

"Oh it was so fun" I said a little too exited

He laughed at how childish I sounded "don't make fun of me nii-san I sail whinnying (which I would only do in front of my brother)

"Oh, my lord you got a mail from the queen"

Ceil sighed "alright let me see" he read it, then he said "hmmm, we have the Jack the Ripper case.
