Today I'm going to practice as captain its going to be different but exciting. (Tamia)

Shelley : So now that you're captain you are allowed to make up stands yourself..

Shelley : They have to be memorable and hot. We are the dancing dolls no corny stands allowed *smile*

Today I'm going to push Tamia just a little. I want to see if she can take charge when the girls get out of hand or aren't following directions. I'm going to go smooth on her because this is her first day as the captain. (Shelley)

The girls come into practice very talkative while stretching.

Shelley : Girl you know when we come in here this is serious no playing around.

The girls are just laughing and talking and playing. Once they came in. I personally dont have a problem with that because we didn't start to go over stands and stuff. But Shelley had a problem with it so I couldn't tolerate it either. (Tamia)

The girls get in stand battle form and began to practice.

Tamia : 1,2,3,4... Pop, pop... 1,2,3,4

Shakyla : *tries to grab Brandi foot*

Shelley : Brandi !

Brandi : *falls on Shakyla back*

Camryn : *giggle*

I can tell Tamia is getting frustrated with the girls. (Shelley)

Rittany : So how you feel about Tamia being captain ?

Alli : I feel like she deserved it. The training paid off she's a great dancer. Dancing dolls is all she talks about. She wanted to lead her team for so long now she can.

Rittany : I know *smile* I personally wanted Tamia to get the captain position. You can just see the hunger in her eyes

Tina : Yeah

Mimi : I be right back *walk the pavement to a take out restaurant*

Selena : What's wrong with her ?

Selena : If Asia was qualified to run for the captain position and she went against Tamia for the position. If Tamia got the spot other than Asia hell yeah I'm going to be passed because Asia is my daughter and I want her to get what she wants but these girls are on the same team. Her daughter has a captain position she even moved up a position from Co-captain to head Co-captain like damn.. Yall girls are repping the same team. Be happy for someone else.

Camryn isnt even qualified for the spot. To be qualified you have to have been selected for a position three times before you can try out for captain spot... Tamia been on this team since baby dancing dolls. She made captain for the baby dancing dolls when she was like 7, she got promoted to the big girls team. Kate was captain 2009-2012 Camryn just made the team during 2012 she was the ones allllll the way in the back. It was Tamia and Kayla who were Co-captains then 2012 thats when Kayla took Kate spot after she graduated. Tamia was head Co-captain with Caleda. Caleda was injured thats when Shelley needed to fill in her spot when Caleda couldn't attend competitions. Where did Camryn come from ? How do you take a girl from the back of the squad and give her a position ? Now 2016 Camryn haven't a position yet but to be a stunt double but she's qualified to try out for a captain spot now ? There is some favoritism going on just because Mimi and Shelley are close friends and I dont think its fare to the rest of the girls on this team. (Alli)
