Chapter 3

Cats Pov
As I walk into the cafeteria I'm imeadetly greeted by the "fabulous" four.
[J=Jacob, M=Mario, H=Hunter, C=Cat ]
C: Ugh, someone kill me rn!
J: I'm sure we can arrange that. Your getting an extra hard beating today!
C: What did I do?
H: You talked to his future girlfriend.
M: And you embarrassed him in front of her, stupid move Cat.
J: Hey! Everyone in the hallway!
As we walk into the hallway the boys dragging me by my arms, I see Ava round the corner.
"Shitaki Mushrooms!" I say quietly, the boys don't notice Ava coming down the hallway. They start to beat me up, Jacob comes in and starts kicking my stomach, and punching me in the face making my lip bleed. Along with Mario kicking my ribs, and Hunter punching m in the stomach, while Mark stands there helpless. I turn my head to see a shouting, and running Ava.
[ A=Ava & J=Jacob]
A: What in the world are you guys think your doing?
J: Ava baby, just leave this is none of your buisness.
A: I was never your "baby" but still,  why are you beating up Cat? Forget it just get away, and leave her alone!
She practicly screams, all the boys are left stunned. Suddenly she grabs so thing out of her pocket, rips in half and says, "Thanks, but no thanks Jacob." The boys scurry away from the lockers.
[C=Cat & A=Ava]
C: How do I ever thank you Ava?
A: No need to, you just gotta stand up for friends sometimes...
Ava Pov
Oh, that's why Cat got all weird when I started talking about Jacob? I wonder how long this has been going on for?
Mark Pov
I'm sorta happy Ava stormed down the hallway today, because the boys didn't force me punch or kick Cat today. I really do love Cat, I'm just afraid I'll loose all my friends if I become her boyfriend. But I also have to remind myself that I'm getting big on Musical.ly, so I have to keep up with my fans request. I just have so much on my mind...
Jacob Pov
ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I broke up with Sydney just so I could be with Ava, and now Ava will never love me because I beat up her "best friend". I can't believe I just dug my self into a never ending ditch, of regret.
Cats Pov
Ava insists that I go to the nurse, I'm too tired to argue with her so I just go along. When we get there I make up a fake story, get my lip & sidebandaged, and thank the nurse. She also said I could go home for the rest if the day if I wanted too, Ava also could but she would have to check with her parents.
After Ava calls her parents we walk to our lockers and grab our stuff, as we walk out I start to panic. Because I don't know if my dad is home or not, if he is I don't want Ava seeing him, or she will get hurt. Also I'm getting popular on Musical.ly, and YouTube so the bloody lip won't help my videos. When we finally reach my house I stop Ava at the front door, and tell her to wait, she gives my a questioning look but I shrug it off. As I slowly open the door and peak around I see my dads not here. YESSS, I scream Ava comes in from behind me, with a why are you so crazy look. As we make our way upstairs I stop Ava outside of my bedroom. I quickly run in shut the door go to my bathroom clean up the blades and dried blood, hide them, and fix my room up. I finally open the door for her to see.
