"In stories about people stuck in other worlds, the protagonists do their best to get back to their original worlds, don't they? Why would they ever want to do that?"[Voice of the System]

"What do you mean by that? Don't tell me you're saying things again." [???]

"I see, it's your fault that there's a monster horde near it." [???]

"Don't you dare look down on humans." [???]

"Hahahahahahahaha!" [Voice of the System]

"...? What are you laughing about?" [???]

"Seems like you're slowly being infected again by me." [Voice of the System]

"Oh CRAP! I said it did I? DARN YOU MINAMI!" [???]

"Hahahahaha! That's why readers, Birds of a feather flock together. Nai wa!" [Voice of the System]

Village of Adam ~ Gnaritas Country

Early in the morning. At times like these I am sitting in the middle of an office. This was my everyday work. Right now I'm fighting the urge to sleep because of this boring work. I really want to return back to the fields and do farming jobs there. That way I can maintain my strength. I just gave out a sigh for that thought and read a few documents before taking a nap.

It's been 4 years since that [Village Attack]. 4 years ago, the Village of Adam was attacked by hordes of monsters from the forest in the west of the village. It was caused by a [Given]-class monster called [Giant Slime]. Thanks to its roars, it gives a status blessing to the monsters around it called [Anger]. This makes the wielder of the status have an increase in its attacking capability but also lower its defensive points. Also this will make the wielder attack everyone on its sight whether a friend or foe. The reason this [Village Attack] was special is because the [Anger] status that the monster don't attack anyone. It still retain its reasoning not to attacking their species.

Thankfully, the attack was only full of low-level monsters enough for the village guards I organized to fight back. If mid-level monsters appeared, this will make the village vanish from the map. After that, I decided to confront the [Given]-class monsters without knowing its identity. It was a mistake and things was made worse when my family joined me after they chase after our first child, Ventus, who tried to follow me. We were almost killed by it near in the end but we were saved by Ventus.

That was the first time I saw him fought a monster. It was supposed to be a one-sided battle in favor to the [Giant Slime] because its opponent is just a 3 years old human. But to me, it was a scenery of a monster fighting against a demon. Using two trees barehanded, he used it to plow away the [Giant Slime] mass and after that, as if contended, he thrown away those trees like sticks and ruthlessly dug the surface of the [Giant Slime] until he got its nucleus crushed.
