"Aomine-kun..." I sighed. "Didn't I tell you this before; I'm always your shadow."

Aomine-kun smiled.

The next day came and it was like any normal day. Classes were normal and practice was normal.

Aomine-kun didn't skip practice today, so I was able to practice with him.

I felt a little confident, so I wanted to try shooting instead of passing. It didn't make it, but Aomine-kun always rebounded.

"So, Tetsu, you busy tonight?" He asked as he scored a basket.

I ran to return the ball. "Tonight?" I thought for a moment. "I don't think so, why?"

He smiled at me. "Because you and I are going on a date."

Aomine-kun and I were still dating?

I didn't respond; instead, I just dribbled the ball.

It's not that I didn't want to. In fact, I was surprise Aomine-kun still wanted to date me. I was happy.

"Uh, you don't have to go out with me if you don't want to." Aomine-kun said.

"No, it's not that, it's just... I didn't know we were still dating." I told him. "We didn't hang out much, so I just thought you didn't want to be together anymore."

Aomine-kun was silent, but stared at me. "Tetsu," He chuckled.

He walked toward me and put his arms against my waist. "You're such a weirdo."

"You're the weirdo." I remarked.

I felt him run his fingers through my hair.

I blushed at his actions. "I'll see if I'm not busy." I told him.

I felt him peck my head. "Okay."

"Kurokocchi!" A familiar voice shouted.

I turned to see Kise-kun running to me.

"Kurokocchi, catch me!"

"Kise-kun, I don't think..."

"Butt off, Kise." Aomine-kun said as he pushed Kise-kun away from me. "Tetsu's too small to catch you; you'll crush him."

"Aominecchi, you're so mean."

"You're too loud Kise; I can hear you from outside." Midorima-kun told him.

"Midorimacchi, Aominecchi is being mean!" He whined.

"Well, I don't blame him."

"You too, Midorimacchi?"

The three started arguing, so I decided to walk home.

"Tetsu, wait up!" Aomine-kun called.

I looked back and saw him running to me.

"We're gonna walk together, right?" He asked.

"Yea, sure."

Aomine-kun walked beside me and held my hand; something he hasn't done in awhile.

I smiled because I knew the old Aomine-kun was back.

But he wasn't. During the third year of middle school, we were going through the same thing over again.
