Stefan- He worries about you more than anything in the world and wants to protect you so he wraps his arms around your waist, you sleep with your back to his chest always feeling totally safe.
Damon- he sleeps on his back and you sleep on your side with your arm outstretched on his chest.
Klaus- he feels the need to make sure that you won't leave him so he has you sleep on top of him with a death grip on you. It can be pretty uncomfortable but you'd do anything to make him happy.
Elijah- you simply sleep side by side, facing each other talking for hours.
Kol- you sleep on top of him, with your head resting in his chest.
