The Vampire Of Nighttime.

Hi, I'm Riley. Yes, I know it sounds like a boy's name but my parents are really bad with names. I'm really a girl.

Me and my brother Spark (told you they're bad!) have been on a mission since we watched a Vampire movie. We were gonna find a vampire.

It was late, the trees were rustling as the wind blew through the leaves. In the distance you could hear a dog howl, and the streetlight on the corner flickered. "M.. maybe we should go Riley." Spark said looking at me. I could see he was scared but if we left now, we would never find out. Find out if they really come out at night. "Just a few more minutes, then we can leave."

I saw something, something behind the bushes. Something black and quick.. Oh.. Nevermind, it was just my cat. Then suddenly I feel a pain shoot down my spine. From my neck all the way down my back. I woke up the next morning in bed.. Was it a dream? Or rather a Nightmare? My mom walks into my room. "Hi sweetie, how are you feeling? You had quite a scare last night. Your brother told us all about it,about how you hit your head when you got scared by the cat." Wait, what? So that had been all a dream? The pain? Maybe just my imagination.

I walk to the bathroom to get ready for school. But when I look in the mirror I see I have 2 small marks on my neck.. They almost look like Snake bites. I run my finger over it. My skin feels cold and waxy and is little more pale than usual. "But it can't be.. Last night didn't really happen, you heard your mom." I say to myself.

The day was pretty normal. I went to school, did my work, came home and threw my backpack on the ground.. Same old, same old.

I went to bed right after dinner. My parents still downstairs watching TV. I fell asleep quite easily. My window blew open letting in some of the cold winter wind. I got up to close it when somebody or something grabbed me and held my mouth shut so I wouldn't scream. When I turned around I saw a man. He's slender with dark hair and cold eyes. They seem to look through my soul. "Hi, I'm your new Vampire tutor."
