Ryder Burke is a slut. It's a known fact in Madison High that Ryder is down for pretty much everything- the stories written on the bathroom stalls are law, after all. Her infamy doesn't stop her from holding a place at the top of Madison High's food chain, though, until something happens at Georgia Brenner's annual New Year's Eve party. All anyone knows is that Ryder was seen being led into a room by Ryan Morgan, Georgia's on again off again, and Mason Brenner, Georgia's twin brother, and that, two hours later, Ryder Burke was at the hospital. But who will believe the school slut when she cries rape? Weston Stark is the new kid in school. The son of a lawyer, he knows that Ryder should be able to tell her side of the story, no matter what the rumors about her imply. The problem is that no one else is willing to listen.

Review: I say this about every one of them, but I can't put how much I love this story into words. It's given me a new perspective on so many different subjects and I feel as though the author does such a beautiful job in covering heavy topics. I remember when she (the author) decided to delete one of her other stories and introduced this one. There was this amazing quote in the note and I can't remember it exactly but from what I remember it was about how so many people call themselves feminists but constantly degrade other women and just other people in general. Now, I regret not taking a screenshot of the quote but it changed my view on feminism and the people around me. Anyway, this book was completed just recently and I can proudly say that I woke up every morning, turned on my phone, and hoped for an upload. However, I did have to mentally prepare myself every time I read it because it just covers so many heavy topics, as I said before, and it really isn't an easy read if that's what you're looking for. On the other hand, it also deals with a lot of possibly triggering topics, so please do be aware of that. Also, this author did write Lyra, which I swear I did a "review" on but I guess not, along with plenty of other I'm sure magnificent stories that I still have to read. I feel as though this is the longest review I have written so far but I still have so much more to say about it. I'll stop rambling now but yes. The Undoing of Ryder Burke. Read it.

ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY AN: Okay so yes this book has kind of ruined me and kind of made my views change in a great way. In other news, finished Free!. It was good. I feel like it has an 'acquired taste' though, if you know what I mean. I still have to watch Haikyuu and Attack on Titan, because for some reason I haven't done that yet. I'm not sorry for updating in a month, but I was waiting for this book to finish and wasn't lazy at all. School ends in like a month so that great. Might update then because I'm only capable of updating once a fekking month. I'll go now, bye.
