Day 1 (Part 2)

Setting: School Library
Time: 8:00 PM
Characters: Same kids, and more zombies! Also, the group finds a girl named Kelly, hiding in the library. So she joins the group.

Calen: *nails wooden boards to a window*
(Everyone else is sitting in the middle of the library inside of a gigantic fort made of books, chairs, books, tables, books...Oh! And books, too.).
Calen: *finishes his job* Thanks for helping me out guys! *he says this with sarcasm as he joins everyone*
Marit: *turns on a flashlight* Is everyone still alive?
Liona: Weeeeeell, we did leave Ben in detention hall...
Junette: Oh, he'll be fine...I think.
(Silence)
Koelle: Sooooooooo...how long have we been in here again?
Hannah: 8 hours.
Koelle: WHAT?! 8 hours?
Trisha: I'm boooooored, again. *hangs upside down from a chair*
Kelly (the newcomer): *pokes Marit* Hey, are we going to live here for the rest of our lives?
Marit: I wish-but we can't stay here forever.
Calen: Yeah, we at least have to find other people.
Junette: Yup.
(...Silence...)
Koelle: Sheesh, this is awkward.
Liona: Hold on. Where do you think our other friends are right now?
Kelly: OH MY GOSH. Do you think they're dead!?
(...More silence...)
Calen: Well, maybe we'll run into one of them soon...maybe...
(...Seriously...more silence...?)
Lia: *turns a page in her book*
(Everyone stares at Lia.)
Lia: *looks up* What? I found Split Second by Kasie West!
Liona: Um...ok? *looks around at the others* I'm tired now.
Kelly: Me too. *stomach rumbles* But I'm hungry, too.
Marit: Oh! *opens lunch box* I have a granola bar, 2 oranges, some pocky, and-
Calen and Kelly: POCKY!!
Kelly: *snatches pocky from Marit* Soooooo hungry!
Calen: I'm hangrier than you! *tries to fight for the pocky*
Kelly: *slaps Calen in the face*
Calen: OWW! What the fudge, Kelly!
Liona: Can we just go to sleep?
Calen: *points to Liona, and forgets about Kelly* We can't sleep during the zombie apocalypse, Liona!
Liona: *sighs* Whatever. *lays down, using her jacket as a pillow*
Calen: You can't sleep! *throws crackers at Liona* Crackers, crackers, CRACKERS, CRACKEEEEEEEEERRRRRSSSSSAA!
Liona: *does not budge* Ow. Stop.
Koelle: Where did you get all those crackers?
Junette: *eats one of Marit's oranges*
Calen: Um...HERE! Have a cracker!
Koelle:Ooooooo! *snatches cracker* MINE!
Calen: Psh! You're welcome.
Kelly: *stares at the giant cracker pile that Calen created while finishing the pocky* Uhg.
(So, everyone ate food and got ready for bed, (It took forever to convince Calen to just go to sleep) and everyone was asleep by...12 AM...well that took a while.)
