Chapter 20

He was absolutely perfect, his hair was black and his eyes blue, he was ours too. I cradled him in my arms and looked up at Ricky, "He's like if you put a chunk of Ricky, and a chunk of Lyric and poured it into a human mold." My mom said to her friend on the phone. I laughed and smiled, she wasn't wrong, he had different aspects from the both of us.
"Can we go home yet?" I whined, these beds were terrible. "Yeah in a little bit we have to sign out, let me go do that." He smiled and ran out.
"How does it feel being a mom?" My mom asked me. "Well, I love him so so much but he's only been here for like a two days." I said and smiled down at him, then realizing it was Valentine's Day yesterday, and I didn't get Ricky anything. "Shoot mom, can you hold Casper?" I said and handed him to her and ran down to the gift shop and got Ricky a Valentine's Day card and a teddy bear, paid and quickly ran back.
I signed it and when Ricky got back my mom was handing me Casper.
"Who are those for?" He said asking about the card and chocolate.
"They're for you!" I exclaimed. He smiled and read the card, laughing. He then kissed Casper than me.
"I have a surprise for you when we get home, come on." He said excitedly and I handed him Casper so I could get dressed, i could fit into my old shirts so I was excited.
"This is so much better than a hospital gown you can see my ass in." I said smiling, Ricky had Casper in a carrier and the bag. "All set?" Ricky asked me, I nodded and he smiled.

I got in the back with Casper and Ricky was driving of course, I've been wondering how Jinxx and Lucifer will act. I guess we'll find out soon.
"I'll go in first." Ricky said and opened the door, Jinxx was calm and he sniffed Casper and I giggled. "He likes him." I said and took him out, and held him.
"So this is the living room, where we spend most of our time watching Orange is the new black and American Horror Story. And this is the kitchen..." I continued until I'd taken him through the he whole house, he'd fallen asleep halfway through so I laid him in his crib and walked back down stars to Ricky who was standing by the steps with a huge ass bouquet of roses and a big box of chocolates and a card. I hugged him after putting the roses in water.
'Dear Lyric, currently you're at the hospital with our beautiful child. You two are the best things I could ever ask for and I never ever want you to forget that. No matter what happens I'll always love you, you are the moon and stars to my sky, and in honestly unsure of where I would be without you. Happy Valentine's Day my darling.' I had tears in my eyes when I jumped into Ricky's arms. "I love you Rick!" I squealed and he kissed my ear. "I love you too baby." He replied and I jumped down. "What do you want for dinner princess, anything?" He asked. That was a terrible question to ask. "CHINESE!" I whisper yelled and he laughed and nodded and went to order, I went upstairs to check on Casper who had just woken up and was about to start crying when I walked in. "Perfect timing." I smiled at him picking him up gently out of his crib. I slowly carried him downstairs and sat with him on the couch.
"The delivery guy will be here in about ten minut- oh hey there Casper!" Ricky said going from his usual voice to a high one. He sat next to me and wrapped his arm around me and smiled down at Casper. "Hi there little guy, your daddy here! Well I mean I guess you kind of figured I was you dad, but you know." He rambled then kissed him. I couldn't be happier.
