Judy, at her desk, started looking through the folder Bogo had given her. She quickly read through it, and called Nick using her desk phone.

"Nick, you read what the file says, right?" Judy began.

"Wait, what file?" Nick smoothly replied, as Nick heard a, "WHAT???!!!" come from his phone.

"I was kidding Carrots, I read it. 100 percent," Nick quickly said. "Can I come to your apartment later tonight? I need to discuss the case more personally."

"Yeah, sure! Meet me at the apartment at around 7:00!" Judy replied

Dammit Nick, stop being desperate! he thought to himself. Nick had gotten a bit, "attached", so to say, to Judy. Ever since the first Gazelle concert they went to, something inside Nick wasn't complete. It would only be complete if Judy was with him, and he wouldn't ever tell her that.

Later that night, 7:00 came and Nick had arrived at Judy's apartment. After about a year working for the Z.P.D., Judy had gotten enough money to get a bit bigger apartment for herself, about a block away from the precinct station. As Nick walked in the apartment, he immediately noticed a fruity smell and that Judy was whipping up a little fruit salad on her kitchen counter.

"Hey Nick, file's on the coffee table," Judy said, as she put her salad in the fridge. She walked to Nick, who was sitting on her orange-blue sofa.

"Okay, your file is basically the same as mine," Nick started. "Make changes to ourselves, like fur dye, earrings/piercings, glasses, etc. Infiltrate and find the grade presidents, befriend and take down the operation. This'll be easy. Okay, so I'll dye my head fur a shade of blonde, and you should wear glasses. Yeah, that'll match."

"Uh, I'm not sure about the glasses, Nick. They don't match me," Judy said.

"What do you mean, Carrots? You'll look beautiful with or without them. Just wear them, for the job," Nick insisted. He cringed so hard at his own comment. Dammit Nick, you did it again you dense piece of shit, he thought to himself.

"Whatever you say, Nicholas. We're going to take this case down, and we'll did it with style. Right, Nick?" Judy asked. And of course, Nick was blacked out, snoring.

"Of course," Judy said to herself.

Nick had slept in the couch, and Judy couldn't really wake him up or move him. She went to her bedroom, and plopped on the bed, and she let her thoughts consume her. 'Nick's acting too nice, he TOTALLY likes you', 'Judy, he's just a friend and a partner, nothing more', and 'You like him too Judy, just give him a chance' filled her head.

Contemplating her and Nick's position as friends, Judy had fallen asleep, a red fox being the last thing in her mind.
