Okay, I will admit that I read and watch somethings where one (Or more. HOMESTUCK) of the main characters die. But, every time it happens I want to curl into a ball and cry until I die.
And, yes I may very well seem like a sadist to most people, but I am pretty sure sadism doesn't work that way. Here's a definition:
noun: sadism
the tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from inflicting pain, suffering, or humiliation on others.
See, it's not DEATH. Just pain, suffering, and humiliation. NOT DEATH. IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY.
When some of my favorite characters die, it's a sad moment. NOT A PLEASURABLE ONE. If you know what I mean.
Also, I'm not entirely a sadist. I swear to my unspecified deity that I am not completely a sadist.
