Smoldering Ocean

Here I lie, covered with ash, as the volcanos erupt around me
But I refuse to erupt, because I am still submerged
But thine kiln is still hot, ready to forge but one more blade
An emotional eruption deep within their core
Their lava wells up around my feet
But I am still reclining here, as the water drops from my eyes
Down to my hands, and from my hands too my feet
It collides with the lava, and forms stones to my legs
Unable to move, I reside here, a smoldering ocean
Flowing calmly as the volcanos arise and erupt all around me.
