The smoke has finally cleared up. A lot of people have already died. My mother sits at home and immediately starts to cry. Because my mother knows a war is up roaring, and she knows her son is going to be suited up. To go defend this beautiful country, which I chosen to defend. My mother is a grown woman so she doesn’t sits at home and pretends. That her brave son isn’t in great danger, and can possibly be killed. For now my mother can do nothing but reach down in her gut and feel. That I made the right decision and it’s my choice. It’s the only way I can reach out, and let the world hear my voice.
I did go to South Korea for a year deployment but I haven’t been to Iraq. With the current up roaring issues with Syria, Syria grabs my attention actually like Iraq did. This is how my mother and I look at the situation, and handle it emotionally.
