Dear James,
I can explain Venice.
Forgive me, my love
For I was stupid.
I didn't think I would get trapped. You probably hate me,
I'm just another way to die
I should have been more careful
Not trust the one whom I cared for.He didn't matter later on,
I found refuge in you,
In your bright blue eyes
And crooked sweet smile.I couldn't let you die,
I betrayed you
Out of my own stupidity
I paid the price.I'm not who you thought I was.
He threatened to kill both of you.
But it was only you I died for.
The world does not need a traitor like me.So forgive me.

Hello!
I am so sorry for updating late after I said I would update the next day :( I feel really bad for that but I hope you enjoy the poem! This is a Vesper's POV poem and I hope you like those as well since most of them are either from James or in 3rd person. I wrote this one when I was analyzing Vesper's lines and scenes and how she carried herself in Venice. Please leave a comment and vote, it really means the world to me :)
