Character Description: Ink Blitz isn't that very social. She's rough and rowdy and super competitive. And that's how she met Neon. They became friends in one of the school races back when they were still little fillies. She has also been known to be really messy and doesn't mind it at all. That's how she was known to be Ink Blitz. She doesn't really rainboom or anything but she is a very fast flier.
