Client:Jerald Napoles

2200:The client finished dinner with his friends.
2237:The client met with Valeen Montenegro at Binder Bar.Partied and drank few glasses of vodka. They met Mr. Philp and his friends.
2315:Valeen left the bar leaving the client with his new found companies.
2340:Mr Philp together with his four other friends asked the client to have few more drinks in his condo unit at the Fort before heading home.
0010:they reached Mr Philp's condo unit.
0015:Mr Philp served them with a pitcher of punch.
0016:Mr Philp gave the client the first shot and then subsequently gave the others the shots and he himself drank.
0020:the client bid goodbye to his companion for he needed to be sober enough to drive.
0115:the client reached home.
0715:the client received call from the police checking on him if he was doing fine because everyone he was with (Mr Philp and his four companions)the night before, died. The cause of death of the five people was poisoning from the punch they all drank that night.
0812:the client called A.L.D.U.B. to help him figure out what transpired the night before.
0907:the client arrived at A.L.D.U.B.'s office and gave his full statement.
