Your POV
Midway through the proformance I fainted and collapsed. I was out cold.

Troye's POV
I ran towards the stage as everyone stood there in shock. ( Y / N ) was surrounded by her friends. All of us were shocked.

One of the friends went on his knees and gave her CPR trying to make sure that she's alive. I got onto the stage and the crowd got to their feet the principal on the phone calling for an ambulance.

The friend who is giving CPR is a guy. I guess is one of her best friends. The ambulance reached the school in a matter of minutes and place (Y / N ) onto the bed and wheeled her to the back.

Me and that friend went along as everyone else went back home. We reached the hospital. I call her family while the friend his name's Jack, stayed by her side.

I walked back into the room and sit on the other side. The room was quiet and there was only a beeping sound. Just to lighten the mood, I talked to him.

"So how long have you known (Y/N) for?"

"I have known her since we were very young. Our parents were really close friends."

"You and (Y / N ) must have a really close relationship."

"Yeah. So close that we even dated before. I guess the reason why I actually came back the school to perform is to see her again. So who are you to her. I have seen you held hands."

"I'm her hus..."

Before I could finish her parents came rushing in. They have every worried expressions on their faces.

Dad:"Troye, my son what the god damn he'll has happened."

Troye:" That's what the doctors are trying to find out. She just faint so suddenly."

Mom was the edge of bursting into tears. Jack was by her side comforting her.

Just then (Y/N) woke up. She called for me weakly.

"Troye. What happened. Where am I."

Mom and Dad came to the bed.

Your POV
I can see they are all worried for me. But I know I have something wrong with me.

The doctors came into the room and I saw by the chairs was Jack. Who stood up and talked to the doctor.

He turns around and says to us with the saddening face.

"The doctor said that (Y / N ) has a disease call Anemia. It makes you faint at random times. You're going to stay here for awhile. "

Troye's POV
"IS THERE A CURE!!" I wanted to speak softly but I still shouted. I wanted to know. No matter how much it cost.
