The Last Promise

Facing The Truth (Last Part)

"Open your eyes Perrie, I want to show you what happened to you, five years ago.."

"Morning my wife!" Perrie greeted her sleeping princess who smiled at her when she saw her carrying a tray of food

"Breakfast in bed?" Jade asked, Perrie winks at her and they both smiled

"I want to serve my queen before I go to work.." she placed the tray on the bed and sits beside her

"Haha! Your queen eh and you're my?" Perrie pretends to think while Jade is smiling from ear to ear

"You are my queen also!" Jade answered, Perrie laughs and reach out for the tray

"Hope it taste good.." she said to Jade when she sliced some chicken cordon bleu she cooked, Jade opens her mouth and Perrie feed her the chicken, she's nervous while waiting for her judgement

"So?" Perrie asked

"Are you sure that you cooked this one?" Jade asked her then swallow the food inside her mouth

"Yes! I woke up around 5 to prepare this dish for you. Why? It doesn't taste good?" Jade smiled when Perrie pouts her lips

"Aww my baby queen, of course it tastes good! Come on, feed me more!" Jade said while clapping both of her hands like a kid who's excited about something, Perrie laughs and shook her head

"You sure it's delicious? Or you're just saying it is because you love me?" then put another piece of chicken inside her mouth

"It's delicious, honest! And even if it doesn't taste good, I'll still eat it"

"Why?"

"Because my beloved wife cook it for me.." Perrie smiled and hug Jade, she never felt so much happy until she came into her life

"We better finish this so you can take a bath and head to work.." Jade said, the two eat the food with a smile on their faces

For Perrie, leaving Jade for a while is a hard thing to do for her, she doesn't want to go. She just wants to stay beside her and take care of her but she knows she has an important thing to do

"Please call me when you get there, okay?" she heard Jade's soft voice, she turn around and look at her

"I will baby, don't worry okay.." Perrie answered, she walks towards her and give her a hug

'I'm going to miss you baby..' Jade said in a whisper, Perrie knows she's about to cry when she broke the hug and kiss her on the lips

"Don't cry baby, I'll be back, I promise you that.."

"I will wait for you then, please take good care of yourself and be careful always.."

"I will baby and you too okay. Be sure to lock all the doors and don't forget to eat.." Jade nods her head and hug her again

"I don't know why I don't want you to go, can you just stay here with me?" Jade asked her, Perrie closes her eyes

This will be my last job baby, after this we will leave this place and start our life over again away from here

"If only I could baby, please don't cry.." Perrie answered, she heard Jade's soft sobs and she broke the hug again

"I have to go Jadey.." she said, Jade hold Perrie's hand for one last time and escort her to the door

"Come back as soon as you can.." Jade said, Perrie smiled at her

"Promise, I'll come back for you no matter what.. I love you" she answered

Perrie looks at the man and asked

"Where am I going?" the man just looks at her and point at the scene happening in front of them

"Go Perrie!! Go!!!" a man shouted when he saw that a lot of men in uniform chase after them

"I can't leave you here alone!! Where's Mr. Brown?!" she asked, then shot the man on her right side

"He's safe now Pez! He wants you to go home with Jade!!" he shouted again

"But--"

"No buts' Perrie, I can take care of this!!" Perrie nods her head and run away but then the man called her

"Hey Perrie!" she turned around and look at him

"Don't ever let her go! Do whatever it takes to come back for her!"

"I will!" the man smiled and shoot their enemies again, Perrie smiles at the thought of Jade but then something caught her eyes, one of their enemies is aiming a gun at her friend

"No!" she said but it's too late, he was shot and down, she run towards him but stop her

"I told you to go Perrie!!"

"Sorry but I can't leave you here. We will both survive this and go home with the love of our life.." the man smiled at her and she carrries her friend. They both walk as fast as they could, even though the man is heavy for Perrie's body, she didn't give up but she knows that they are following them

"I'll try to lose them. When the coast is clear, I want you to head towards that barn and wait for me.." Perrie said

"No it's too dangerous, you go now and ask for help then come back for me.."

"I can't leave you right now, you will lose too much blood, don't worry about me, I know this place and I can lose them.." the man looks at her and smiled a little

"Be careful, remember that someone is waiting for you back home.."

"Don't worry I will, we can do this.." Perrie stood up and run away from him but then she stops and looks at the man

"Tell Jade that I love her so much.." she said to her friend and give him a salute, the man furrows his eyebrows as he watch Perrie run and his eyes widen in fear

"Perrie stop!!!" he yelled but it's too late for her, she didn't saw the sniper hiding behind the tree. They both heard a shot, Perrie felt a sting at her head, she place her hand on top of it and saw a blood

"J-Jade.." she said before everything went black

Perrie can't believe what she just saw, she wanted to cry but no tears fell from her eyes, she wanted to scream but when she tries to open her mouth, no words came out

"Perrie.." she heard the man's voice

"Can you please tell me if I'm dead or not" Perrie said trying to calm her nerves down

"I can't do that, my only mission here is to help you to finish your unfinished business before it's too late.."

"Too late for what?!! I want to know if I am still alive!!!" Perrie shouted

"Perrie please.." She looks at him and pushed him hard which cause for him to fell on the floor

"Answer me god damn it!!! Am I still alive?!!!" she shouted, she stares at the man waiting for his answer when she heard a voice

"Perrie? What's going on?" Jade asked
