Yui considered herself lucky to escape the Sakamaki's tight grasp. After becoming a vampire (with the help of her biological mother, who is a high-ranking demon), she conceived 10 daughters. The girls have the same mother, but different fathers.
Many years had passed since Yui left the vampires and everything has changed. The Sakamakis and the Mukamis started to get along with each other (50/50). Shu tended to be more active. Ayato stopped boasting about himself (sometimes). Reiji was finding a lead on Yui's whereabouts. Subaru managed to control his anger (a little). Kanato stopped being creepy (almost). Laito learned the difference between lust and love (he's still a pervert).
Both families are now living together in one roof because Karlheinz told them to do so. They don't mind at all.
Ayato groaned when he remembered he is in charge of the groceries this week. Reiji give him a list of what to buy. If he won't buy what's on the list in time... He shuddered at the thought.
And that's the story of how Ayato Sakamaki ended up in a grocery store.
His mind showed him an image of Yui. 'You can run but you can't hide, pancake. If ore-sama found you, get ready for a punishment'.
He was so lost in his thoughts that he failed to notice he already bumped into someone.
"Watch were y-". He trailed off. His nose smelled an oh-so-familiar aroma.
"I'm sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going". Said the girl's melodic voice. Ayato sworn she is the most beautiful creature he ever seen in his life. She had light blue hair, pale skin, and blue eyes.

"I-it's okay". He helped her pick up 2 boxes of cereal. Gathering up his courage (he's currently tongue tied at the moment), he asked her "what's your name?".
She smiled. Ayato desperately fought the blush that was forming in his cheeks. "My name is Sayomi. What's yours?". 'Her scent is so identical to Yui...'.
"A-Ayato". He took her outstretched hand and shook it. 'Why is her hand so cold?'.
"Nice to meet you, Ayato". That smile. Ayato's heart is melting every second. Their eyes met, green clashing with blue. For once the male vampire forgotten the world around him, and focused on her.
However, the moment was ruined when Sayomi's phone buzzed. She pulled it out of her pocket and check what's on the screen.
"Sorry to cut this short, Ayato. But my sisters are going to be pissed for not bringing the groceries in time". She laughed at the thought of her sisters.
"Yeah, me too".
"Till next time, Ayato". She chirped. "Parting is such sweet sorrow".
"I know. Till next time". He agreed as he watched Sayomi disappear into the crowd of customers.
