The Hunt for Eli

Chapter 2

Eli's pov:

I woke up and was injured really badly, probably from the fall, so I limped off to find help with my hand holding the wound in my side that was still bleeding. After 10 minutes of bleeding and pain I came across a cavern. I started swaying as I walked/limped but I had to keep going. I guess someone saw me and ran to get help because then my vision went blurry and I heard voices before blacking out. The last thing I was able to say before blacking out fully was "help" then I welcomed in the darkness.

King of Sling's pov:

I was in my home cavern when someone came running up to me looking worried and scared. "King, the Shane kid is in the cavern and he is hurt badly. "Take me to him" I said then I followed the lady to the Shane kid. When I reached him he was bleeding and holding his side while limping and swaying. I quickly ran up to him and caught him before he fell and I heard him whisper "help" before he went silent. I know we didn't get along that much but I didn't hate him and he is still just a kid. I picked him up as carefully as I could but even though he was unconscious he still grunted in pain. I then carried him to my castle with almost the entire cavern following me and all worried about the Shane kid.
