Oh, I hope my mom's okay. I'm scared. What if she does. Just like her mom."Hatoro, I'm scared. I want mommy!"
He sighs. "I wish I could get her back. I truly love her, and I don't want her to...die because of a mirror."
I go into the kitchen and grab some chips out of the pantry along with candy.
"Hatoro," I say, "we need a distraction."
"What?"
I spell it for him, "D-i-s-t-r-a-s-h-u-n. Distraction. It means, like, something that gets your mind off of something else."
(A/N: I misspelled it for a reason.)
"Oh. Thank you, Jasmine!" Hatoro says happily.
I just wish I could get mommy out.
