"I've got to be getting home." Draco said again as Harry kissed his neck for the millionth time. They'd had a little relaxing time watching muggle TV and having the occasional make out session. It was around four in the afternoon now, and Draco knew he had to be back in time to fly him and Scorpius to France for the holidays.
"Mm mm, you don't have to go anywhere," Harry mumbled against Draco's shoulder. Draco chuckled, the deep resonance tickling Harry slightly.
"Yes I do. I really am sorry love," Draco said, grabbing Harry's jaw and kissing him passionately. Harry tried to take it father but Draco stopped him once again.
"But Draco," Harry tried timidly but Draco shook his head.
"Ah-ah. I have to leave, Harry. Before you seduce me into staying any longer," Draco kissed him once again before standing up, "I'll see you when I get back, I promise."
And with that, Draco apparated away. Harry let out a sad sigh, feeling like the happiness he'd been living off of had just flown away in the wind. Now the sadness that had been there since the beginning was back. The horrible, terrible, heart-strangling sadness.

The Weasleys had just finished lunch, and Hermione volunteered to help Molly with the dishes.
"So Fleur mentioned you and Ginny yelling earlier. What was all that about?" Molly asked, quite clearly already knowing the answer.
"I am pissed that she sold Harry out to the newspaper. It's not as if it's his fault he's gay, and the media definitely shouldn't have heard about it before his own family," Hermione sighed, scrubbing at the pots to try and get the frustration out.
"I'm just disappointed Harry didn't tell us himself. He knows that we'll accept him and help him," Molly said, carefully picking around her words. Apparently being gay was no longer a mental illness and that took quite some getting used to.
"He was terrified that Ginny was going to announce to everyone that he cheated on her," Hermione saw Molly's face and tried to recover, "He didn't cheat on her, though. Honestly."
"If he isn't right for Ginny then we'll just have to work around it. He's just as much part of the family. Not to mention the kids," she sighed.
"Does that mean he can come here for Christmas?" Hermione asked hopefully.
"Oh of course. Ginny will just have to deal with it. Oh I haven't seen him in ages it feels like..." Molly rambled on. Hermione smiled- one down, one to go.

Harry just wanted to mope around the house and feel sorry for himself for the holidays. The divorce plans meant that he'd get the kids around noon on Christmas Day, and he'd have them through Boxing Day. But this year he and Ginny agreed that the kids should just stay with her- they only knew holidays with the rest of the Weasleys and he didn't want to deprive them of a loving family.
So he was left in Grimmauld place alone for Christmas. He didn't even entertain the notion of joining the Weasleys- who knows what they think of him after all of this. Nothing good, that's for sure.
Harry was brought out of his self-induced trance by a rapping at the door. He tossed the old blanket off of him and dusted himself off. He opened the front door and Hermione pushed her way inside.
"Harry you'll never believe what happened,"Hermione said as she plopped herself down on to the armchair adjacent to the couch.
"'Mione it's too early for this," Harry whined as he laid back down on the couch.
"Harry it's five in the afternoon. And it's great news I swear," Hermione tried again.
"What is it?" Harry sighed, obviously in a bad mood.
