Today is Thursday which means it's a free day. Mom invited me to come home and maybe bring Break with me, he actually wanted to meet mom again, in a much better circumstance.
"Baby you're taking too long in there. My mother-in-law is waiting." What the heck is he talking about? I was inside my room still figuring out what to wear because most of my clothes are dirty because I forgot to laundry last week and I have a few clothes left. I just got shorts and a T-shirt I got in a street party I attended once.
"Sorry to keep you waiting." He just stood there as I waited for him to at least move away from the doorway because I cannot pass through.
"Shorts? Really babe, you want to piss me off?" There he goes again with the dress codes. Can't I have a day without him nagging? Just this once.
"No. Babe, we're just going to my place which means I can wear this - plus, most of my clothes really dirty so no complaints." I finally pushed him off and walked out while I heard him chuckle from behind, I wore sneakers and went straight out the door.
It was not that of a long drive but I got so bored that I almost slept. He didn't want me to play songs in the car because he said it'll distract him but I think he's just getting back at me for wearing shorts because he knows I'll get pissed off.
"Babe don't sleep or I'll be forced to stop driving." I don't now what he meant by that but it kept going on and on my head that I couldn't sleep.
When we arrived, I expected that there would be no one to greet me or open the gate for me because mom would probably be busy but instead she was by the gate waiting for me like she already knew I was near. I immediately hugged her as soon as I got down.
I could barely visit because I've grown too attached to my apartment that I'm starting to love staying there instead of here and mostly because my summer schools are much closer to the apartment. I can see mom missed me but I know dad is not home because he has work.
"Your dad's not home, but the twins and your sister is home." I knew it. Alice has a boring summer because she hates summer classes because she said it'll bore her while Matthew on the other hand is busy finding a temporary job since he's just a fresh graduate.
We went in but I didn't see Alice in the living room. We sat there for a bit while mom went upstairs because of crying babies. While Break was busy on his phone I saw Alice walk out of the bathroom wear only a towel on her body she was shocked at seeing me and Break then went back in immediately.
"Babe what are you doing?" I was holding his head forcing him not to look behind him and trying to make Alice go out of the bathroom.
"Just don't look behind you or else." Good thing he followed my instructions and didn't look behind while Alice went upstairs and bumped into mom with a child with her, good thing they didn't fall.
"Alice could you bring Clifford down here for me and what do you think are you doing running around wearing only a towel when you know there'll be a visitor coming?" So good for all those hiding from Break, I just caught him gigging beside me and I just smacked him with my elbow.
"Rose can you hold Crawford While I go get him milk." She gave me the baby and left. I don't actually think that I'm fit for carrying a baby because I might drop him Break might've saw that I was having a hard time because the baby was crying and I can't carry him so he took Crawford of my hands and carried it. I'm amazed because not only can he carry him, he made it stop crying.
"The baby loves you as much as I do." I kid and he just laughed at me. He looked very close with kids but he never even had a baby sibling before, not that I know of.
