Chapter 7

I couldn't move at all. Austin and his friend Niall were there right in front of me goofing around. I can't see Austin. I just can't. He hurt me too much and I can't look at him right now.

"Danielle.." I say pulling her arm behind the car so they won't see us.

"Yeah what?" She asked concerened.

"What is 'he' doing here. That's my..my..ex.." I say trying to speak without crying.

"Who?" She says looking over the car in the direction of the boys. "I only know one of them, Niall. The other kid is you're ex?"

"Yes..we recently broke up..last night..when we came to you're house. I found him cheating on me at a party..and Harry was nice enough to bring me to you're place and you guys were nice enough to let me stay. That's the reason why.." I say so quietly while bending over into an arch so they can't see me.

"Oh Drew..I'm so sorry..we should go somewhere else then." She suggests.

"Yeah I agree." Danielle turns away from me and goes to the other side of the car. I stand up straight and wait for her to unlock the door. When she does it makes a beeping sound and of course they hear.

"Drew?" Austin says surprised. We make eye contact for a few minutes and then I look away and open the door. I quickly get inside while Danielle starts the car. "Drew wait!" Austin yells at me through the car. Danielle finally gets to drive away, leaving Austin there in the Cruising Cafe's parking lot.

"I'm really sorry Drew, I really am. I didn't know he would be there, I didn't even know who he was.."

"It's fine really. You didn't know and at least we got away." I give we a weak smile.

So instead we agree to go to a new Italian restaurant that just opened up 10 minutes away from campus. I got chicken and broccoli Alfredo like I always do at fancy restaurants and Danielle got chicken Parmesan. After that she dropped me back off at my dorm and is sked her to come inside.

"So about Harry.." I say wanting to talk about him.

"Oh god Drew!" Danielle teases me playfully as if I was obsessed.

"What!" I yell and we both laugh. Today has been a long day. "No really..why shouldn't I like him?"

"Drew," Danielle looks at me straight in the eyes. "He has been with plenty of girls. Girls that wear loads of makeup, short dresses, and get plastic surgery. You are way too sweet for him and it just wouldn't work out. Trust me I know Harry. He can be very sweet but when he's mad it's a totally different side of him." She says reminding me of the kiss we had and then when I denied him he was furious and stormed out of the parking lot.

"Well okay. I trust you." After that we end up talking about hanging out again next weekend because tomorrow is Sunday and Danielle has to go to the internship for a little because Liam can't.

"I'll text you when we can hang out!" She says while opening the door to leave.

"Alright, see you later." I wave and she closes the door.

Wow, I am tired. Today has been the longest, most painful day in my life. Kissing Harry after finding Austin cheating on me, then seeing Austin at the Cruising Cafe, and then finding out Harry and I won't ever work out. Exhausting. Well class starts on Monday so tomorrow I have nothing to do. Maybe ill think of something tomorrow. It was 7:00 and I was hungry again so I ate my leftovers of chicken and broccoli Alfredo.

Liz still wasn't home though. I wonder where she was. She still doesn't even know about Austin and I..and her sister. That would be tough talking about. I change into my pajamas and turn on the tv. There was nothing to do at all. Just then Liz walked in.
