The One That Got Away

I wake up on the floor. I go to get up but fall back down, "ahhh fuck" I hiss grabbing my ribs. I slowly get up and see lilly on the floor surrounded by pieces of a broken table.

I bend down and pick her up bridal style. I limp out to the car. I open the back door and lay her in there and shut the door. I go to the driver side and get in.

I start the car and drive off. I take a backroad to the bayou. We get there and I park the car. I get her out and limp to the cabin lake type thing. I kick the door open and go in.

I see a bed and lay her in it. I put my fingers on her throat but don't feel a pulse. "Ohh, so sad she bit the dust already. I really thought we'd have another toussel or two but everyone dies" I hear Blake say from the door before speeding away.

I kiss her lips softly then take a sheet and cover her body. I go back to the car and pop the trunk. I grab my 60 cal., my leather jacket, and my extra clips.

I cock the gun and shut the trunk. I turn around and see all three of them. "You guys just make it too easy. " I say shooting at them.

"You missed love, too bad you won't get another shot." The blonde one says. I'm grabbed from behind and slammed on the car. "Give your girlfriend my regards" Blake says before punching me and everything goes black.

Lilly

I gasp before sitting up. I pull the sheet off of me and stand up. I walk outside and look around. "How the help did I get here." I say. I see my car and I run to it.

I open the driver door. Before I get in I hear something hit the trunk. I go to it and open it. Deans in the trunk tied up with a note on him. I pick it up.

I rip the note then help him out of the trunk. He stands up and looks wore out. "They got away but I gave em all I had, by now they should be ripping bullets out of there bodies. " he says chuckling.

I untie him and then slap him. "What was that for. " he whines. I look at him. "That's for making a joke about almost being kill-" he smashes his lips to mine before I could finish.

I kiss back. "I could do that all day" he says pulling away. I smirk and walk to the driver door. "Get in!" I say shutting the door.

3 hours later somewhere near the Mississippi river.

"We have to talk about what happened earlier that wasn't just a kiss that was more,that was better than the way normal people do it." He says.

I smile. "The feelings are mutual but right now I have to take this son of a bitch down and if that means me going down with him then that's what will have to happen." I say.

"Here, take it get out of new Orleans, your brothers waiting for you in Seattle. Don't let him think I stood him up. Go. For me. " I say before kissing his cheek and walking away.

I'm going to be in soooo much trouble. But I liked it.
