What happens if you try to kîll someone but fail *don't ask* and then they go tell someone but they don't know who to believe how do you finish the kîll and not get caught help

Chara: Well I know that I will not fail to kill someone. But if you fail to kill someone you have to be some type of demon, if you are not a demon you can't do this. But if you are a demon you can walk through mirrors, how it works is that you just go into any mirror in your house or whatever and then think of the person you want to go to and then you walk out and your in the persons house. If their not home then you just have to wait...
Chara: When they get home you just kill them, if there are any witnesses then you kill them too. That's what I will do... If that happened.
