Eduardo took me to a marvelous hotel, of course way too expensive for me, “Eduardo, I can’t afford to stay here…” “Who said you’re paying for anything?” “Eduardo you can’t just pay for everything, I can afford a motel,” “Can you stop worrying? I told you to stop worrying didn’t I?” “Yeah… but” “Stop worrying Julia!” “Eduardo, you don’t even know me and you’re spending all your money on me,” “Then let me know you” he said with a beautiful half smile, I think I’m falling for this guy…

It was a very long day; as soon as I got up to my room I got into bed and slept. I was so tired I didn’t wake up until the next morning on my phone ringing, my vision was still blurred so I didn’t see who was calling, frankly I just answered to stop the noise, nothing else, “Hello?” I sounded like a drunk frog, sleepy voices are terrible, “Good morning sleepy head, get dressed I’m taking you to see me dad, I’ll be there in 15 minutes, bye.” I had no option of saying no, but I was very excited of seeing him, I am falling for him.

I hopped in the shower, hoping this will help me wake up a little. 5 minutes later I was out picking out what to wear, lucky for me I didn’t lose my clothes when I lost the rest of my family. What to wear…what to wear… the weather seemed perfect that day, and it is summer, I’ll wear anything bright and summer-y then! I decided I’d wear a short white dress with a colorful floral design, with a light jeans blouse on top, a flat pink shoe with a pink cross bag, summer-y, light, simple and pretty. All the accessories were golden and pink, golden bracelets, pink and golden earrings, golden rings, and so on… I tied my hair up in a bun; I’ve been told that I look pretty in buns, thought I’d take an advantage of that… I sprayed on my mom’s favorite perfume, Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely; its smell is just amazing. For the make-up I just put on a simple black eye liner, and black mascara, and a light pink lip gloss… simple and pretty… I got dressed in exactly 25 minutes, that’s pretty fast for me; it’s kind of a record-breaker!

He was standing in the lobby, looking as beautiful as ever, it sounds weird saying he’s beautiful, like he’s a girl or something… but he is beautiful, as I approach him, he turns around and just smiles beautifully, “Tan Bella…” looking confused I just say, “What?” with a giggle, “You’re beautiful Julia, BEE-YOU-TEA-FULL,” “Oh, Hahaha, thank you,” I was as red as a tomato now, “You don’t look so bad yourself,” “Shall we?” he just takes my hand and we get to his car.

We’ve been driving for almost an hour now, when I noticed the most beautiful house ever, not a house actually, the correct word for it would be a mansion, it was so magnificent, with amazing architecture, so Spanish, “That house is beautiful,” “Thank you,” I looked at him rather confused, “The house is ours, it belongs to my grandfather, that’s the house we’re going to now.”

As we entered the house, the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in my life came running to Eduardo, long, coal black hair, and pale white skin with beautiful pink cheeks, seriously beautiful. “Mi bebé, Te he extrañado tanto, dondé has estado todo Este tiempo? Estoy tan contenta de que estés aquí,” I couldn’t understand one thing, all so gibberish, it felt awkward standing there, not understanding anything, not talking, “I’m glad I’m here too mom, this is Julia, she lost her parents at the airport and we were hoping to see dad today, possibly now, is he here?” “Welcome home my dear, I’m Cecilia, do you like it here? Sorry for the disappointment but Carlos isn’t here today, he’s been very busy with work; we’re having a party this evening though, he’ll definitely be there, please join us?” “I’d love to, I don’t want to intrude or anything” “Of course not sweetie, where are you staying by the way?” I don’t know the name of the hotel, so I just turned to Eduardo and smiled, “She’s staying at the Le Meridien, mom” “What?! Why would you let her stay there when she could stay here? Julia, my dear, go back to the hotel, pack your bags, get ready, and come here. You’ll stay at our house and you’ll attend the party, don’t be late honey.”
