I Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way

Chapter 1

"But daaaaaad!" Cronus and Eridan whined in union.

"No buts! Pack your things. We leave tomorrow." Their father stated

The Amporas were about to move away to a small unheard of town in a small unheard of state. That town being Fitchburg. The state being Massachusetts. ((OH HEY I LIVE THERE HEHEH))

They boys weren't too thrilled about moving out of the city, they had a perfect life there. Friends, a nice place to live, a good school with plenty of drama to keep them entertained, plenty of events. They lived a happy life in New York.

"This is nothin but some fuckin bullshit." Eridan grumbles as he stalks off to their shared room.

"Just think about it this way." Cronus speaks up as he walks after his younger brother. "We won't have to share a room in our new place."

That was one thing Cronus was actually happy about. He was tired of getting kicked out of their room so Eridan could have some 'alone time'.

Unlike Eridan, Cronus had actually started packing. They've known they were moving away they just wanted to stall for as long as possible and hope they could stay.

Cronus finishes packing his things within an hour, Eridan on the other hand still had a long way to go.

"Hey, pack quieter or complain in your head or something. I'm tired." Cronus says as he jumps into bed.

"Well maybe you could fuckin help me?" Eridan responds sharply, throwing a basketball at Cronus.

He catches it in his hands before throwing it right back at his little brother. The ball hits him in the head and lands in the box. "Nah. I'm not the one who decided to wait until last minute." He chuckles as he pulls the blankets over himself.

Eridan just responds with a low grumble as he rubs his head and finishes packing up. By time eridan was done packing it is already around 4:00 am. They'd be leaving at around 6:00 considering that it took three and a half hours to drive there. Plus adding traffic it would take longer.

He crawls into his bed and snuggles into his purple sheets. He falls asleep almost immideatly, ignoring the loud snores coming from Cronus.

The next morning they were woken up by their father swinging the door open. He stands in the door way and claps his hands to make some noise. "Get up boys! Its moving time!"

Both boys sit up and rub their eyes. They groan as they pull themselves out of bed and and start carrying boxes to the moving truck that was outside.

They didn't actually end up leaving for Mass until around 7:00. The whole car ride there was just some singing and a bunch of pointless arguing.
