Josh followed the sounds of grunts and whimpers down to the training facility, Victoria had been training day and night for the past week only taking short naps in between. Josh was happy she was doing something about Evanz death and not sitting and moping anymore. When Josh opened the door he saw Victoria pinning down a shirtless Will and him crying.
'You Win!' Will screamed 'Now get off!' He continued. Victoria got off of will and laughed at him, He laid on the floor in pain whimpering every time he tried to move. She ran to Josh and hugged him tight, Josh felt like he was being crushed by Evanz again.
'Thanks for supporting me.' She whispered in his ear, 'No.. Problem' He wheezed out 'Now can you.. Let go..' Victoria almost forgot about how tiny he was and slowly unraveled herself from him. She looked out one of the giant glass windows, It was pitch black outside. There was no sounds of rushing cars or motorcycles, She waved goodnight to Josh and a whimpering Will and went to the sleeping quarters. She laid awake starring at the ceiling of her room, Hours went by until she fell into a deep sleep.
Victoria woke up, It didn't feel real she could tell she was in a dream. She sat up on her bed only to see Evanz, He was in the suit they buried him in, His face seemed oddly pale and his eyes showed no emotion.
'E..Evanz?' Victoria whispered, She slowly got up and walked towards him.
'You are dreaming my dear, I..I Just wanted to say I am proud of you, I never thought that the little girl who used to be afraid of bugs or couldn't sleep with out her doll would turn into a strong woman like you.' His voice sounded the same as before he died, He hasn't changed. Victoria didn't realize she was crying until the tear had fallen onto her hand.
'You are strong, Stronger than me. Remember when we used to play on the swings and your mom always said we would marry each other someday and have children of our own or when your mom died and you came to me saying that I was your only hope.' He sat onto his old bed, It had stayed unmade, Just like before he died.
'I am sorry I cant be here for you now.' He said above a whisper.
'I miss you Evanz.' Victoria choked out 'I miss how we cant hug anymore or tell each other jokes while we clean, or even sing along to Wills songs.' She could feel Josh waking her up in reality.
'This isn't the last you will see of me, I will visit you in your dreams think of me as your guardian angel.' This was the last thing he said before Victoria was awoken by a worried looking Josh.
'I thought you would never wake up.' Josh choked out, 'I thought you were gone.'
'I am still here, I will always be here.' Victoria answered.
