After they got off the bus, Gray had left Rogue alone to go to his first class of the day. He entered the room and sat down.
The room was freezing as fuck.
Even though Rogue was wearing a rather large sweater, it was still cold. He wrapped his hands in the long sleeves and stuck them in between his thighs. He shivered as the bell rang and the rest of the students in his filed in. The teacher was the last to enter. She sat on her desk, not even bothering to take attendance, it seemed.
"... And the test is next week. It's on the five pages we read two weeks ago and the notes you hopefully took. If you have any questions, come talk to me after class," her eyes scanned the room until they landed on Rogue. Her clear blue eyes flickered with curiosity and realization. "Oh, and we have a new student."
The room shuffled around. Rogue looked to the side and cringed internally. Please don't make me introduce myself please don't make me introduce myself please don't-
"Why don't you introduce yourself?"
SHIT.
Rogue nodded and stood up reluctantly. He turned to face his classmates and sighed. "I'm Rogue Cheney and uh... yeah..." He stood there awkwardly for a second until he sat down quickly, almost knocking his book off the desk.
As soon as he sat down, the room erupted with murmurs.
"Bro, he's emo!"
"Did you see his eyes? They're so red!"
"They're probably just contacts,"
"His hair is so long..."
"Only one of his eyes are showing... That's kinda creepy..."
The teacher lapped her hands and the room feel silent. She smiled at Rogue warmly and placed her hands on her hips. "Welcome to Magnolia Academy, Rogue. I hope you enjoy it."
When she turned her back to him, Rogue slammed his head on the desk.
[ YES. IT'S DONE. FINALLY.
I can finally breath and not be afraid of being murdered by anyone who reads this book. Whew.
Chap 5 will (hopefully) come next week. Maybe.
