Chapter 1 ~ Saved? ~

"Finally." I said sighing.
Tears where covering my smooth (s/c) face.
The wind blew through my (h/l) (h/c) hair.
It felt to cold.
But so good at the same time.
"I will end it." I said with a small, soft smile on my face.
I looked down the 10 story building.
The street was full of people.
They looked like tiny figures from up here.
"I will end my suffering." I said quietly.
Another sigh escapes my lips.
Tears were still running down my face.
"Right... Now..." I sighed one last time and...
I jumped.
It felt like flying.
'Soon it will be over...'
The fall felt like hours.
Until...

"I-ittaizentai?!" I heard someone say.
From underneath me.
"A-a-are you arright miss?!" the man said.
It seems like I fell onto someone.
"Uh... Y-yea... Sorry... " I said sheepishly
"I-it's OK Miss, if I may ask, what caused you to farr from heaven? Are you somekind of ange... No wait sorry. That was dumb and only happens in Manga." he said worriedly, but facepalmed soon after he said the last part.
"Uh... M-my name is Ja... Honda... Kiku Honda... What's your name miss?" he introduced himself
"(y/n) (l/n)... I'm sorry that I fell on you sir..."
"S-sore... That position is kind of awkward (l/n)-san..." he said quietly while blushing a bit.
I still was kind of lying/sitting on him.
As soon as I realized the quiet awkward position we were in, I started to blush furiously.
"O-oh of course Mr. Honda..."
I got up quickly and helped him up too.
"A-arigatou (l/n)-san..."

'His... Face... It seems kind of familiar...'

"(l/n)-san?" he asked worriedly
"Y-yes?"
"Is something the matter?"
"N-no..."

~Kiku's POV ~

Something is wrong.
She was crying.
I felt the urge to hug her, but I didn't.
And I almost said my real name.
'Get your shit together Japan! ' I thought while lightly slapping myself.
Which earned me a confused look from (y/n)-san.

"Is something wrong?" she asked worriedly
"Īie. Everything is arright (l/n)-san. No need to worry." I said calmly.

But now back to my flow of thoughts.
Humans don't fall from heaven, right?
I have 3 ideas about what happened to (y/n)-san...

1. She's somekind of angel. But that idea seems stupid.  Angels don't exist, right?

2. Someone pushed her off the roof. That seems kind of logical. But if I weren't there, she would be with Kami-sama now...

And... The third possibility... It makes me shiver...
I hope I am not correct...

3. She tried... To... Commit suicide...

I hope that isn't the correct one...

But... When I looked into her eyes... They... Seemed so lifeless...
I would say that I'm pretty good at reading other people...
And...

"Mr. Honda, y-you seem w-worried... W-what were you thinking about?" she asked worriedly while tilting her head slightly to the left, still some tears streaming down her beautiful face.
"N-nothing..." I said not  quiet as calmly as I had intend to do.

I noticed that she was walking by my side.
I checked the time on my smartphone

[4:45PM]

"Shimatta... I'm going to be rate.. " I muttered quietly.
"Where are you going to be late Ki... I mean Mr. Honda?" she asked worriedly.
At least she stopped crying...
"You can carr me Kiku if you want (l/n)-san. I wirr probabry be rate to the worrd... I mean meeting. Business meeting..."
"So you're somekind of manager/CEO? I'm so sorry that I'm the reason you'll be late!!" she said almost starting to cry again.
It made my heart ache...
"P-prease don't cry anymore (l/n)-san... It's no probrem...! I-if you want, you can come with me. " I said in a mix of sadness, pity and even a bit... anxiety?
'BAKA!! You cannot just take a mortal to a world meeting!! How stupid are you Japan?! ' I facepalmed.
"Uh... I-if it isn't a problem... I'd love to come with you..." she answered shyly.
"A-arright then...! We're armost there (l/n)-san"
I said with a slight hint of embarrassment.
I hope she didn't notice the slight blush which crept onto my cheek.
