Y/N POV

It was evening and it's raining.

I got out late from the school because my teacher needed me and I was given the task to report my class workpaper- doing my duty as the class leader.

I was walking out the school gate when I saw Sans standing in front of the gate. His hair and his school uniform was soaked because of the rain. Ever since the monsters were Freed from the underground, I really get along with the monsters; Sans and all of his friend from the underground.

I have grown a crush at him, but I think he sees me as just a friend.

I quickly called his name and ran to him, bringing my umbrella. he is taller than me, yeah, I am a short girl In this school.

" Sans! What are you doing here? You Will get sick, all of your clothes are soaked ! " I yelled at him angrily. There is a hint of concern in my voice.

"Naaah, I am good Y/N. what are you doing this hour? I have been waiting for my dad, but he doesn't appear until now. Don't worry about me I can walk home by myself " Sans said.

"Le-let me walk with you home, where do you live?"

"Umm, you sure, hun ? Don't you have anything better to do ?"

"N-No.. Let's walk home together, you'll get sick! " I stutter while blushing when he said "hun".

"Well, if you Don't mind, here" he said as he took the umbrella and held it above us.

Sans POV

Wow, am I dreaming ? my crush is here and want to walk home with me ? I will thank dad later because he couldn't pick me up from school.

owh.. she is so cute, she wants to help me and she cares about me, I hope she did that because she loves me back. She is kind and positive about us, monsters

She is polite and get along well with us, she often hang out with us and we welcome her.

We were walking together to my house, suddenly she hummed drop pop candy song and I joined her. I remembered we sang this song together at the karaoke with Undyne, Alphys, Mettaton, Frisk, and Papyrus.

Without hesitation, I grabbed her hand and intertwined it with my hand. She was taken a back with my sudden movement so I released her hand and said sorry.

"Uhh..I don't mind , I am cold too," she said and she grabbed my hand again. I smiled and walked again.

"Uh... Sans, do you still feel cold ?" She asked me.

"Ummm... A little bit, thanks for asking, sweetheart"

She hugged me, blushed and look away

"Why ?"

"Why what ?"

"Why would you call me that ?"

"Mmm, 'cause you are cute and you deserve it"

"T-Thanks"

She blushed and pouted. I couldn't help it again. This is the perfect time to confess my love

Y/N POV

I blushed at Sans's words. I don't want this time to end. Suddenly Sans pinned me to a nearby wall and he threw the umbrella away. He placed both of his hand on the wall at the right and left side of me. I got flustered by this and now I am a blushing mess

"S-sans, what are you doing ?"

Without warning he cupped my cheek and kiss me on the lips. I was shocked but I started to kiss him back. This lasted for about 30 seconds and we pulled away for air.

"Hey Y/N"

"Y-yeah ?"

"Do you hate me ?"

"E-eeh of course not, I don't hate you, mmm.. To be honest you are the kindest person I have ever met"

" Y/N, I Love you, from your kindness, knowledge, attitude, you are beautiful. You are perfect for me, I know I don't deserve you, but will you be my girlfriend ?"

I cried tears of joy and I hugged Sans with all of my might. "of course Sans" I mumbled with my face still on his chest.

He chuckled and said "what ? I can't hear you"

" I said I love you too !! And of course I want to be your girlfriend !"

"Okay then my love, let's go home, I don't want you to get sick" He picked my umbrella from the ground with his left hand.

"Shall we ?" He asked while he offered me his free hand. I took his hand gladly and we walked home together, hand intertwined with each other and umbrella shielding us from the rain that probably will be (Y/N)'s favorite season.
