They walked silently back to the dorms, Hannah occasionally muttering to Ollie in her native lit. But other than that no sound was heard, the forest dormant other than the passing sound of a rough messenger owl. When they got back to the dorm Mamrie was already asleep, her hair pulled tightly into a bun and a book titled '50 shades of grey' hiding half her face.
Grace giggled softly at her friend before wrapping her in a blanket and muttering about her always falling asleep while reading.
She tried not to look over at Hannah sitting by the window, only now noticing the way she always had a protective arm around Ollie and the bite marks above her neck.
It was sexy.
She got in her own pjs, taking off her makeup and jumping onto her bed.
Looking over to Hannah again only to see the girl getting dressed, throwing on some loose fitting black jeans and a white shirt with a black leather jacket. She looked lethal and rather hot grace thought, her short hair slicked back into a small quiff that made her look like she should be in a film like west side story.
Hannah called Ollie over softly, her voice reminding grace of those all vampire movies. But this wasn't a movie, grace realised this as Hannah's eyes turned red in the light of the moon. Her Crystal teeth glistening and blonde hair tousled and ragged but still managing to look perfectly placed.
Hannah grabbed her green wand, grace only now noticing it, a branch with vines wrapped around it making the green glitter and shine slightly red. She
sticked it down her boot before doing up the last button of her shirt and pulling on her beanie.
Grace didn't realise she was standing in front of the door until Hannah told her to move. "If you leave we will get house points taken off" grace whispered, trying not to blush red at the fact she was being unusually shy in front of this strange girl.
Hannah just snorted quietly at her, moving closer to grace as she realised what this reminded her of. The look as Hannah's dilated eyes would be the kind of a cat, stalking prey. Grace gulped.
"I don't sleep you idiot, and I'm not staying in here all night"
Grace held her ground, making Hannah raise her eyebrows. Was this girl brave or stupid? She didn't know. Heck, either did grace.
Hannah smirked at her, the kind of smirk that made graces toes curl as Hannah leaned even closer to her. "Move" she whispered. making grace do the only thing appropriate, with their lips millimetres apart, she moved forward.

Hannah's kiss was delicate, treating grace like a flower she didn't want to break. But as graces hands slid round Hannah's waist, she breathed sharply through her nose. Pulling grace closer and letting the taller girl push her against the door, standing between her legs and biting down on Hannah's lower lip.
"Grace" Hannah whispered, her voice cracking as grace trailed kisses down her neck. Grace found she likes that sound, the sound of Hannah's voice breaking as she leaned closer to grace and let her take dominance.
Hannah slowly found the strength to push her away, her eyebrows pushed together and her eyes and teeth clenched shut as she muttered the words for grace to realise this was no petrifying vampire. Just a frightened girl afraid to get too close to people.
Hannah took a deep breath, whispering so lightly that grace had to strain her ears to hear.
"I don't want to hurt you"
And with that she was gone, Ollie trailing after her as she ran off to the darkness.

~~~
Hannah ran.
She ran far and fast, following the coast line of the forbidden forest and going down the track to the shrieking shack.
As she reached the door she took a deep breath, straightening her outfit before walking in. She was greeted with a flash of people, smiling faces and chilled out teenagers grinning at her from the couches across the room. This was home.
She ran over to Sarah only to be engulfed in a bear hug from all her friends, Jenna and Sarah hugging tightly as lily and Troye ran over to join them.
"Hannah!" Sarah grinned, short lived as she shoved the girl quickly. "How did you end up in Gryffindor!"
Hannah shrugged, if she could of she would of blushed, but her cold blood didn't allow it. Troye and lily giggled, singing "Hannah's speeecial"
She rolled her eyes while following them into the games room, chuckling along with them and sweeping some dust off the floor with her foot.
The cobwebs and dust in this house made it hard to breath for any muggle or normal wizard, so it was a safe haven for teenage vampires wanting to get away from their coven for a few days. To have fun and not be bothered by the duties and responsibilities of their clans.
She walked through the games room to see Jim and Alfie playing doge ball with paper balls lit on fire.
Hannah giggled at them before going to sit in the corner with her clan of dogs.
Beanz, Ollie, wolf, Alfie and scar pooling around her legs as she joined them on the floor. Discarding her friends as she would much rather be with the dogs, she smiled at them. Sitting down in the middle and whispering at them in Japanese as they went to sit on her lap.
Troye came and sat by her, his eyes lighting up as he talked to her. "What's Hogwarts like?" She smiled at him, as Troye was only 11 and would join the school next year. "It's brilliant, I'm sure there are some boys their you would like"
Troye giggled softly, shrugging his shoulders as she told him about grace and Mamrie. Explaining what happened with grace in the forest, "you like her" Troye said bluntly, making Hannah's eyes widen for a second before shaking her head. "You're doing that thing, that thing you know?" He made some strange hand movements, "your eyes light up when you talk about her, like me and Nutella" his observation made Hannah chuckle, glad she had her small friend to talk to. They carried on with there convocation idly, Troye asking if the older boys were scary. "Of course not, and if any of them are rude to you I'll beat them up" she said, holding up a fist and clenching her arm. "Not that you need it, kid. You're, you know? Super strong?" Troye pouted, noding, but Hannah knew that no one here liked their skills, all of them wishing for the ordinary life of a witch or wizard. Not the eternal life of a vampire.
The strange thing about them was, every vampire stopped ageing when they reached 18. Until then they could live moderately ordinary teenage lives, Hannah was pleased that Troye got to have a proper education before he stopped living.
They spent the night there before the kids had to go to school and the younger ones sent back to their clans.
She hugged Troye tightly, telling him the year would go by quickly and he'd be joining her at Hogwarts soon.
As she walked back to her room, the first traces of sunlight were just peaking through the curtains. She quietly changed into her school uniform before grabbing a book and leaning against the window sill.
It was calm and quiet.
Hannah tried to enjoy the moments of solitude before her room mates awoke, hoping she could rely on grace to keep her secret.
