The school gates stood tall above me. It was the first day of the new semester, and knowing me, I hated school. Sighing, I went to find my best and only friend, Tacy Regan Hart. Tacy could be a right b*cth, but when I'm angry at my asshole stepdad, and she isn't drunk, she listens to my random cursing of his and my mom's relationship.
Anyway, as I couldn't find her, I walked to my class in shame. Why did I only have one friend? I'm SO lame....
Arriving at class, I was about to march in, when I realised I was early...I spun round, dragging myself to the front desk. The secretary, a young graceful lady called Miss Emma, was arguing with a strange-look guy that I had never seen before. To break the tension, I said:"Hi Miss Emma, what's the problem?" Turning to me angrily, a boy of about sixteen said:"I can deal with my own problems!"
I was going to say I wasn't even talking to him, but Miss Emma said:"Please take Natha-" The boy cut her off, saying his name was Nat. Hmmm, Nat.I like that name...
So sorry this chapter was short, but there are more surprises on the the way!
